I would like too have refund I couldn't use the shower it was dirty had hair all over the toilet.

how dirty it was and the staff was very moody the toilet had blood on it, the shower had hair I could even use the shower and I had to clean the toliet myself

Poor management.
Pros:

Only thing it was in convenient location.

Cons:

They charge my an additional $50 dollars on my bill and no explanation. When calling to find out about charges. No one will answer.

Breakfast is nasty. Pallets and old appliances laying around property.

Cars in partying lot have flats and it appears residents are allowed to work on cars. My SUV almost got towed for no reason, only reason it didn’t get towed because I was in it.

Their continental breakfast not much to choose from. We normally use the breakfast that is included as our breakfast place & wasn't enough there for breakfast

Disappointed, felt that the photos were miss leading for what room/property actually looks like.
Cons:

Check-in time was 3:00pm I arrived at just after 4:00pm, they didn’t have a room ready. After completing the check-in papers I had to come back 20 minutes later to get a key to actually access the room. When walking into the room the pull out bed/hide-a-bed was half pulled out. Called the front desk within 15 minutes of accessing the room to ask that send someone up closed/put away the bed so we could us the couch /living room area. When we tried it would not move. To my knowledge nobody came or let me know that they tried but it was broken and couldn’t been stored. We could not use the couch which was the whole point of getting a “family suite” to have the extra sitting area. The floors felt dirty and so wore shoes all the time that made sticky noises when walking on the tiles.
The “included breakfast” was a few slices of bread to make toast, rolled oats and hot water, cereal but no milk, no sugar or brown sugar.
