Proaktívny prístup personálu v prípade riešenia problému

Cons:

Informácie o podmienkach rezervácie do wellness by mohli byť trocha jasnejšie pri rezervácii cez stránku, lebo stalo sa nám že v daný deň nebola kapacita wellness a nedalo sa využiť aj keď bolo v cene.
Našťastie nám pani na recepcii ihned ponúkla alternatívu a využitie na druhý deň.

Skvely hotel za rozumnu cenu
Pros:

Velmi pekne zariadeny butikovy hotel s krasnym vyhladom zo zoborskeho kopca, velmi pekny wellness, skvela restauracia, vychovany napmocny personal. Podla mojho nazoru najlepsie hotelove zariadenie v meste.

Cons:

Tazko sa hladaju chyby. To ze pristupova trasa vedie po uzkych cestach zoborskeho kopca je fakt a patri to ku koloritu lokality. Rovnako kazdy, kto si tu rezervuje pobyt si musi byt vedomy, ze to nema do mesta na skok.
