What I saw on the internet is different from the reality when I arrived on-site.

Front desk receptionist is kind.

Cons:

There is a lot of people living in the property who looks like homeless. They were smoking drug in the parking garage to me that is unacceptable.

An excellent hotel, not too far from JFK. Excellent staff, and a quiet, safe location with parking and breakfast.

An excellent hotel on Long Island. Convenient location after landing at JFK. We arrived after midnight; the staff knew we were coming and were expecting us. The location is excellent—quiet and safe. The rooms are quiet and spacious. Nearby, there is a Dunkin' Donuts, a bagel bakery, and coffee shops. Plenty of parking available.
