The hotel was very clean and staff very hospitable
Pros:

Breakfast was not included in our stay. It was optional at a cost of $7 per person per day. We elected to eat breakfast at local restaurants.

Disappointing stay
Pros:

The location was great. King bed was comfortable. Queen beds were less comfortable. Day front desk staff was somewhat helpful. Breakfast was acceptable. Powdered eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, 2 types of cereal, milk, watered down orange juice, coffee, plain bagels, mini muffins, toast, canned fruit, and yogurt. My kids really seemed to like it.

Cons:

One of our rooms had an ant infestation. When we informed the front desk (within 2 hours of checking in), we were told there were no more rooms available. Understandable for a holiday weekend. However, no one offered to reimburse part of our stay for a room that was unable to be used. They did give us two new rooms the next day. The king room was nice, though could have been cleaner (tub and floors not very clean); the bed with two queens had a sharp, broken off tile at the transition from the carpet as well as a problem with the air conditioner making an awful unbalanced noise when cooling. Housekeeping attempted to fix it (and said he would tell someone else), which worked for a short amount of time. We had to attempt to fix it ourselves in order to sleep. Informed front staff of this issue the next morning. Again, no apology or offer of reimbursement for the original unusable room. It seemed the place could use some remodeling for sure. We won't be back to stay. We did not test out the pool. Parking was easily available but on a large hill. Fyi: the bathroom is tiny. The bathroom door cannot be opened with someone on the toilet. No kind of grab bars or safety rails. Sink is outside the bathroom. Shower water pressure is ok.

Pros:

Very friendly staff, excellent location, bed was very comfortable, just an excellent hotel. I was very pleased with my hotel stay and would stay again the next time I visit Branson.
