Cock roaches in my room. Was told “we’ll try to move you tomorrow”. Stayed in the hospital with family instead. Refund denied. One dirty looking towel hanging in the bathroom. Shower curtain broke but could tell it was half ass repaired.
Not the property though. I like the fact that I found a place to stay to what I planned to do. That’s all
It wasn’t clean. Let’s start with the room, oh my God! The curtains were filthy dirty. I took pictures and videos. I had requested a Queen bed, unfortunately I was given a 2 twin beds put together and the mattress was very hard that I had difficulty sleeping at night. I developed severe back pain in the middle of the night, when I can take it anymore I had to call front desk manager to request a change of room, however no one where available to answer my call. It was around 4:00 am I decided to call the front desk staff instead, she was telling me to wait until the manager get to the hotel at 8 o’clock and the housekeeper at 9:30 am in order to move my room. Oh my God! I was in pain. She was telling me to come sit in the lobby until they have a room for me. After a long talk, I was on the other end talking to someone else that was suggested me to stay in the room with a pillow in between my knees to ease my pain.
At 9:30, I went down with all my stuff waiting for a room; then I spoke to this nice, caring front desk staff, who gave me another bed right away. That was a very good relief.
I don’t think I will recommend it to anyone
Overall it was bad option we choose
The location
The hotel is very old. No renovations have been done to it; the carpets are old and dirty. The room doors are not secure. The bathtubs were clogged, and in one of the rooms, the AC wasn't working. These were non-smoking rooms and the sheet on one of the beds had a cigarette burn, and the room smelled of smoke. In short, the hotel is ready to be completely rebuilt.
Not very clean
The property is located near a train track and trains could be heard often. Also some guests were a little loud.
No hot water no tv floor in room carpet was wet and smelly
Location and price. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
The last visit I didn't have towels and the soda machines don't work. The restaurant lounge is closed
Roach motel, I got bit by something and ended up in the hospital

Pillows were stained. We smell smoke in halls, Carpets were stained. The place was not clean and had a smell.
