Overall a great stay. Very friendly staff, reasonable pricing and property. Location is very good and provides very quick access to NYC. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay at this place due to the price and accessibility to Manhattan.
Furnishings are very old, floors & bathroom need renovations.
Personal servicial, atento. Instalaciones muy limpias
L’emplacement
Está muy bien, el personal muy amable.
La limpieza de los suelos y baño se puede mejorar.
The staff were nice and the hotel is very clean and beautiful
There's no ATM machine. That's just ridiculous. I asked if they had one and the guy told me I would have to go next door. Who's walking up the highway to an atm. They need to get one seriously.
It has a lot of potential but it does not meet standards at all.
From start to finish. Upon checking in they charged me for someone else’s room. I realized it when they gave me the receipt and brought it to their attention. They then had to charge my card a second time for the correct charges. Immediately upon entering the room, I noticed a HUGE crack in the window. The crack went all the way through and cold air was pouring through it. I went into the bathroom because it had been a long drive and saw that there was HUMAN FECES on the wall. It was directly next to the brand new toilet paper roll they placed on the holder so I don’t know how they missed it. I went directly back to the front desk to make them aware of what was going on. They sent a supervisor up and she was very unbothered and unresponsive about it. Her only solution was to switch rooms to a DOWNGRADED room. You can’t book a last minute hotel in that area without spending upwards of $500 for 2 nights so I had no choice but to take the downgrade. We got into that room and it was DIRTY! The tv didn’t work either lol We spent the first 45 minutes of our time there uncomfortable with their “house man” and housekeeping cleaning the room (with us in the room) and fixing the tv issue. We didn’t think it could get worse until we went to shower and had NOT HOT WATER at all! Gotta love cold showers on a cold day in March. The construction in the bathroom was not finished so there was a gaping hole around the shower head, rust in the shower and holes around the basebaords and door casing. We made them aware of the hot water issue, the same supervisor came to check, she said she’d send the “house man” back but of course, he never showed up. Around 12am there was so much chaos and noise in the hallway, it woke us up. We were extremely uncomfortable at that point because the people were being so crazy and loud that we got up, took another ice cold shower (we had a long trip ahead of us so a shower was a must) and we checked out by 2am.
