Muy regular este hotel.
Pros:

La habitación estaba bien de tamaño y organizada,el desayuno si muy muy regular en verdad un poco malo.

Cons:

El desayuno no me gusto,le falta más variedad,las instalaciones muy descuidadas dentro del hotel .le falta mantenimiento, 2 ascensores fuera de servicio y en general al hotel está descuidado.

Ok but could have been better
Pros:

Price was reasonable considering the season.

Cons:

Our TV was not working properly and we told the front desk, someone came to look at it and couldnt fix the issue and said would come back but never did. Internet wasnt reliable.

Totalmente recomendado
Pros:

La atención del personal fué excelente, todos muy amables todos, el hotel limpio, buen olor, amplio parqueo; si usas transporte colectivo hay varios puntos cercanos donde puedes abordar buses que te llevan hasta Manhattan fácilmente.

Cons:

El desayuno es un poco repetitivo pero cumple con el objetivo y es un plus que no todos los hoteles ofrecen. La verdad si ayuda para salir listo a hacer turismo y no perder tiempo buscando desayuno.

This place is a scam paid for a place I didn’t even stay because it was too dirty manager don’t want to give a full refu

Nothing horrible wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.

Cons:

Heater missing a filter, towel with hair ,wall with hair, bath tub wall had brown stuff . No coffee maker was supposed to be included . had to go down stairs for blankets ,rat box in hallway , elevators not working, smells like mildew and paint , total scam wouldn’t give full refund I don’t even stay from Friday-Sunday literally was so horrible had to leave on Friday I had two rooms booked didn’t even get to touch the other room .

Pros:

Location is great, Right outside NYC. We went to a concert in Carnegie Hall and were at the hotel 20 minutes after the concert.

Cons:

The biggest problem was that there was no hot water in the shower. Disaster. I let it run for 10 minutes. No luck. When I told the staff about it in the morning they did not apologize. They just said they would look into it. Ridiculous. Also, they had a non-working clock. The remote for the tv was the wrong type. When I looked out the window at a beautiful morning with a nice view, it was hard to see because the window was so dirty. Absolutely not what I would expect from a Ramada.
