El servicio muy deteriorado y el precio muy alto, talvez por el feriado de julio

Malo, la calidad del servicio y del hotel se han deteriorado en los últimos años. Es una pena!!

Cons:

El ascensor que lleva al loby para el registro y el desayuno tiene un aspecto interno deplorable: sucio, rayado, golpeado, increíble: decepciona de entrada. Un ascensor de carga está en mejores condiciones.
Al arreglar la habitación se llevaron el dispensador del shampoo y no lo repusieron pese al reclamo

Perfect
Pros:

When I say I wanted to gatekeeper this hotel, chef’s kiss on everything. The front desk staff was phenomenal, (I only wish I could remember everyone’s names because they were all so attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Perfect vacation will definitely continue to return over and over again plus the location was absolutely phenomenon.

I enjoyed the beach, and the room. The ocean views were spectaculars as the sunset at the beach.

The beakfast was good. The parking must be free, because the hotel is expensive.

Wonderful Experience
Pros:

We had a wonderful family weekend with a gorgeous view from our balcony. We enjoyed breakfast every morning and appreciated the big selection of hot food items. The location is directly on the beach with a nice clean heated pool and hot tub. The staff was over the top friendly and accommodating with a special shout out to Kenesha at the front desk who was more than happy and helpful during our stay.

Pros:
