Breakfast was Phenomenal and the staff top of the line. Anything you could ask for and accommodatable to take stuff to the room. always full and hot. and attendants seemed to love the job.
When I booked I was told I could have OCEAN FRONT VIEW only to find out there is NONE! NO APATHY from the front desk for my Huge Disappointment only to make me aware the building was built that way, rattling off instructions a mile a minute which I couldn't UNDERSTAND. A suggestion would be just type it up and hand it out. Rooms to much to add the cost of parking to.
Loved having the heated swimming pool. Breakfasts were great. Our room (704) had a great view of the beach and sunsets.
Room and building is a dated. Our room was a bit shy of a few extras...like placemats, coasters, and throw pillows for the couch.
We escaped Nashville’s ice storm and drove down to Treasure Island and had the best time! The 2 bedroom condo was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 teenagers. We also brought our 2 dogs and it was a great set up. The doors and walls are thick in this place and you don’t hear a thing. There’s a beautiful patio with glass which you can also sun bathe and have the wind blocked if it’s too windy to be on the beach. The pool & jacuzzi are nice and there’s a bridge from there that leads straight to the white sand beaches. A nice mile down and back boardwalk that starts at the hotel. Groceries and shops all within walking distance. One of our favorite places to stay in FL thus far.
The friendly staff, early checkin and yummy breakfast buffet.
Breakfast was great, everything a person might want to eat, rooms spacious and clean staff were very helpful and friendly.
I had an incident with some loose stones in the driveway, slipped and fell.Reported it to maintenance staff.
Our unit was very accommodating for our family. Sofa was not great though.
It would nice if every floor had its own ice machine and better parking.
Location, price, and staff were excellent!
Breakfast was a little lacking
Breakfast was very good
Very disappointed my bonvoy rewards didn't apply booking thru 3rd party.
Breakfast was not good the eggs taste powdered or box eggs no bacon one of the worst Breakfast I had
Over all the price I was booked 369 something like that for 2 night I see i was charged much more i will never return to this hotel ever again.one more thing 25 dollars a night to park after you paid to stay at there hotel is ridiculous..never again only stayed cause it was my wife birthday
on the beach. beautiful views.
Could have been cleaner.
While many elements are excellent as the balconies and the views much of the hotel is heavily worn the rooms have been recently refreshed, but already showing wear. The biggest issue is signage. GPS will bring you in front of the Shake shack down a simple alleyway into the parking lot. There are zero signs of where the lobby is or what doors are unlocked. You might find yourself walking in circles. this is big time, annoying especially when the lobby is on the second floor.
The staff were excellent. The rooms were clean.
Was shocked to see floating ads in the ocean not that residence Inn has anything to do with that poor choice by the city.
Please invest in signage.
