The most enjoyable stay I have had at a Holiday Inn in a very long time!
Pros:

I was exhausted by the time I reached the hotel. As I am traveling overseas, I had oversized luggage which I couldn't maneuver alone. I receptionists at the front desk couldn't have been nicer. The put my luggage in storage (which other hotels refused to do), reserved a shuttle for my next day appointment so I wouldn't have to order a taxi. This was all done for an overwhelmed, not very pleasant traveler (ME)! I then calmed down and went into the restaurant for dinner. The bartender/waitress couldn't have been nicer and the meal was delicious. This visit gave me faith in humanity once again.

Cons:

Nothing! Everything was excellent.

Hôtel pratique pour visiter Saratoga
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait à côté de la ville avec les restaurants et les boutiques et d’un grand parc. Il y a 2 piscines une intérieure et l’autre extérieure c’est pratique et la chambre était grande avec des lits confortables

Cons:

L’hôtel est un peu vieillot et mériterait une rénovation. On entend tout à travers la ventilation de la salle de bain et ce n’est pas très propre dans les couloirs : une assiette sale est restée par terre toute la journée et des papiers et saletés n’ont jamais été nettoyé dans un endroit par terre vers la réception

Holiday Inn wins the race
Pros:

Amy Krause, the front desk manager, is the epitome of exceptional guest relations. She provided assistance and anticipated further needs. She followed up to be sure we were satisfied and focused on us personally. She and her staff exhibited hometown pride in every encounter. Alice in the dining room and Youssef in Bookmakers went beyond their service requirements to also give us that comfortable hometown feeling in such a big city.
We will return to Holiday Inn Saratoga because of them and especially Amy Krause.

Prijs-kwaliteit is totaal niet in verhouding
Pros:

De locatie in de omgeving van het centrum was prima. Hoewel de badkamer klein was, was hij prima. De douche had lekker veel druk.

Cons:

De kamer was nogal oubollig, de airco maakte gruwelijk veel lawaai, dus die hebben we uitgezet. Gelukkig was het niet al te warm. Koelkast maakte ook veel herrie.
Het hotel zat vol met jeugdige honkbal teams, die steeds over de gang aan het rennen waren.
Bed was erg hard.

Prijs-kwaliteit is absoluut niet in verhouding.
