Pros:

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Location for SPAC was good. Breakfast (not included) was adequate, though pricey for what was offered. Diner in the restaurant was unremarkable. Better to eat elsewhere and for less money.

Pros:

Holiday is fantastic choice for a short stay when going to the races

The shuttle and restaurant/bar on site were the deciding factor to stay at Holiday Inn.

Room was close to the elevator and hall, which made it was a little loud in am. However, the room was super clean and large,

Location was great.

Cons:

Housekeeping could step it up.
Same glasses sat outside 2 rooms for well over 24 hours. Same bottle cap in elevator for over 24 hours. the light switch had the switch and a 1970’s dial for a heat lamp that doesn’t work.

Visiting Saratoga for the races
Pros:

The Holiday Inn Saratoga Springs is in the perfect location for your visit. It is minutes from the downtown and ten minutes form the race track, both are walkable, but the hotel does offer a shuttle to area locations. Breakfast on site was very good.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating during our stay. We owe a big shout out to the front office supervisor Amy who helped to make our stay effortless.

I highly recommend this location for a stay.
