THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! TY STEPHANIE
Pros:

My daughter and I stayed here to go to a show at the Proctor Theatre.
Stephanie checked us in and was so friendly, professional, and helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed, including the cookie :)
She also checked us out after our stay and was so awesome. I usually don’t write reviews, but I needed to give stephanie and this hotel a shout. It hard to find good caring customer service these days.

Pros:

Helpful staff from front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant. Great location within walking distance to downtown Schenectady. Loved the pool and doubletree cookie!
