Staff is super friendly at front desk especially Sheldon and the breakfast staff at the Buffett is always super friendly.

Meh. Go to Hilton
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location to everything we needed. The room we were in was modernized as far as everything but the furniture.

Cons:

Not a single rug was visibly vacuumed in or out of the room the whole weekend. The same dirt was on the hall floor from Friday through Sunday. Our room was cleaned except the rugs were not vacuumed in a while or the vacuum didn’t work. We specifically stayed at this hotel for the pool. The pool was too cold on Friday evening after we checked in and although warm Saturday it was too small to fit us and the 20-30 kids. And that made us not only unable to fit in the pool but question why the pool was warmer Saturday. The hotel staff Shelton or Shelby was very up itty and talked down to people. It was offensive. Also this was the very first time in our extensive travels that we paid this price for a hotel and there was no form of breakfast included. Breakfast was pay only and not cheap. Honestly we have actually not stayed anywhere where breakfast of some sort wasn’t offered complimentary. Overall I think for the money go to Hilton Gardens. It is literally a walk away and I believe the breakfast is complimentary.

Overall a great stay and would go back.
Pros:

Very clean. Beds were comfy. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Food was great and coffee delish.

Cons:

Water pressure wasn’t great. Don’t like the barn door style bathroom door, didn’t make things very private. Room was cramped and not great lighting.

Pros:

My wife and I were very pleased with the cleanliness of our room, as well as the rest of the Holiday Inn.

Cons:

We wish the pool stayed open a little longer. But we also understand that the pool area can get loud at times. Other than that, it was one of the best stays we've ever had. Thank you.

Our stay was very relaxing and nice.
Pros:

The staff was amazing. Roxanne at the bar was a pleasure and Nicole at the front desk was the best ever!

Cons:

There is no changing room/bathroom at the pool area. Did not like having to venture into the hallway in a wet bathing suit to use the bathroom.
