The rugs were dirty with dirt, feet got black. The rugs were damp, so was the room. The AC didn’t work right to make the room cooler, bathtub leaked, so did the bathroom sink faucets. The coffee pot did not work to make hot water. The pool was not opened! Why have a pool if it was not maintained?
Great clean rooms, good breakfast with coffee, bagels, toast, fruit, waffles and cereal.
It was clean
1/ The beds were too small for two persons
2/ The shampoo & conditioner bottles were not filled (conditioner bottle was empty)
3/ The shower gel was not accessible form the tub while taking shower
The location and the beds were comfortable
Natasha at the front desk was very rude , it would be better to have someone in this role who genuinely enjoys what they do and is committed to providing a positive customer experience
Distance to the train station
Lack of vending machines
Weak coffee
I didn't feel at ease or safe as a woman traveling alone. There were 5 men gathered talking in the parking lot just outside my window and the curtains were not designed to close. The air-conditioning unit was also squeaking at a high pitch the entire night, but I had arrived so late, was already settled in the room when I turned it on, and didn't feel comfortable walking down the hallway again so I didn't request another room.
Room was attractive and very comfortable
Toilet seat was detached. Bath mat was soaked before use
The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Their continental breakfast didnt have fresh meat. It was all microwave sandwiches. With food allergies we were not able to eat them. And the whole experience fell flat. There were alof of people disappointed and walked away hungry from the breakfast. There is a pool but hasn't been open in awhile. Also a very sad thing. It did not advertise it had one. But the kids read the signs and got excited. There were a few stains on towels and the sheets. Made me question a few things.
We had spider webs all over our room. The TV had colors lines down the ride side of it. The room stunk! The sheets and stuff had marks all over them. The curtains had holes in them. The ice buckets was nasty Inside the insert.
location and free breakfast
shower was very dirty had a lot of embedded dirt. didn't use it. just washed up in sink. inside of toilet was not clean
It was right off 690. It was a quiet area. The beds were comfortable.
The shower had mildew stains. The toilet rocked when you sat on it. The room had a weird deodorizer smell.
The location was convenient for our visit.
Our room smelled like mold from the air conditioner, we did not have a microwave although it said we would. Our second room did have a microwave but food got stuck in it because the door wouldn’t open after using it. The refrigerator in the second room also didn’t work but after calling the front desk a new one was brought right away. The overflow in the bathtub was falling off. Breakfast the next morning was just ok (no eggs) but there was no one in sight doing any clean-up after people made a mess making waffles, etc. We walked the property in the evening and found an in-ground pool all covered up not in use although our stay was in July.
The woman who works night shift was very rude I was standing at the desk waiting to pay for some food it was 230 in the morning a couple came in the door they weren't even at the desk yet she looked at me and waited for them to get to the desk I asked to pay for my food because I was there first very rudely she said I am going to have to wait until she checks them in so I left the food and packed my things and left the hotel and haven't been back since and I stayed there quite a bit
Found the breakfast to be good. Breakfast sandwich's, cereal, bagels, yogurt, waffles, apples a selection of juices and of course coffee. All were fresh and juices were not watered down. Could have used another microwave and toaster but wait was not bad.
TV remote did not work and channels limited to cable basic.
Breakfast was decent as these type of self serve places go. The location was sort of suburban wilderness but was fine for us as we came by car.
It was nice and met our needs
