Centara Reserve Samui

Excellent hotel, fabulous staff. Good location on beach. Excellent breakfast lots of choices. Swim up room was amazing with a good size pool. Refreshments in room provided daily. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I don't have a bad word to say about this hotel!! Everything was perfect!! From the hotel itself which looks like heaven to the amazing employees who work there who always make sure that nothing is missing. Extremely high service awareness. Thanks to the amazing Michelle who took care of us from day one and to the stunning Sandy from the hotel's steakhouse. Crazy breakfast - (for celiacs here there is a gluten-free stand of bread, cereals and cakes). Recommend!!!

Always luxuriously lovely to back in Centara Samui Reserve. Rooms are so well laid out with great comfort for guests and sweeping views of the beautiful gardens, beach and sea.
We love the adults only pool and the gentle care of Noyn and Q, always on hand for iced water top ups.
Food is excellent thank you and they make the best cappuccinos ever.

We have stayed here a couple of times now and had a great experience.
The staff are very attentive and always happy to help. Paul has always made us feel very welcome and he always brings a smile to our faces when we see him around the pool!

Centara Reserve was amazing! The service was exceptional from all staff but Ann at breakfast and Milk, who cleaned our room, were both stars. The beach front location, pools and the quality of the food all made Centara Reserve a hotel we will never forget. The location was quiet, despite being just a 20/30 minute walk into Central Samui. In addition there were lots of restaurants and massage places just outside which were great. An all round fantastic stay.

Fantastic environment, a Gem by The sea, with it's huge park of trees flowers and Green grass surounding the Hotel building. Upon arrival you get wolcomed by a private host with you also can stay in touch with over "Watsapp" in case of you have any question. The room dad allmost no string place for clothes. We had been traveling for 5 weeks and needed a place to u pack our Suitcase. But this was later fixed by our "personal host". Our room had a free minibar, with whiskey, vodka Gin and other drinks refilled daily. We could daily order "suprice of th day" served into your room. All staff is soooo service minded and fantastic service at breakfast, offering everything you can think of. Everything was Great, but there was also a few downsides. Beachchairs at the adoult pool area was very uncomfortable not as a 5-star Hotel, if a little tip to pool attendent you could "buy" yourself a soft matresss. The pool attenders where fantastic towards US. Movin the parasoll all The time to give us hade from The sun. We encountered one very unplesant experience. One day we had invited a guest to The hotel for a pools ide lunch. But when orderingång lunch staff from reception and Hotel Security came to tell our guest to leave. This made us feel very emberraced towards our guest living on Samui. This was enough, for not wanting to returen to Centara Reserve again. Another verry unplesant experience was when Walking on the Street in front of the Hotel to walk towards Chaweng Center area with Restaurant, you had to walk verry dark Street an walk over a lot of garage on the Street. Like passning a garbagedump.

Our stay at Centara Reserve Samui was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the reception team — Few, Sophie, Beam, Vear, Michelle, Fern, and Nam — welcomed us with genuine kindness and outstanding professionalism, immediately making us feel at home.
The breakfast staff, including Ann, Pui and the rest of the team, always greeted us with warmth and impeccable service. The selection was extensive, fresh, and of excellent quality — the perfect start to each day.
A heartfelt thank‑you also goes to Ms. Toon from the travel agency. Beyond arranging wonderful excursions, she consistently looked after us with thoughtful suggestions on what to see and do, adding an extra touch of care to our stay.
Our room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered a breathtaking view of the ocean. The entire resort exudes tranquility while ensuring guests feel pampered at every moment.
The level of service throughout the property is exceptional. Every staff member contributes to creating an atmosphere where you feel valued, relaxed, and truly at home despite being far away.
If paradise exists, it must look exactly like Centara Reserve Samui.

As you enter tge property there is an automatic sense if grand arrival. With crew that is sooo perfectly welcoming and accomodating to all our needs. Everything flows everything comes in a breeze . The breakfast buffet is divine, impecale except perhaps for the juicer that doesnt seem to work efficiently. But the fresh juicingvstation i love, coz thats how i start the day. Tge front desk efficienly accomodated our last minute requirement. Overall wonderful stay

We had the best stay at Centara Reserve. I’m very picky when it comes to hotels and they did not disappoint. Location is nice and central for if you want to walk places but room was still quiet. Decor is fresh, bright & clean. The service is 100/10. Our room was so spacious and had amazing ocean views. Having two bathrooms was also nice. Lots of options on the menus and very allergen friendly. Everything tasted amazing. We will definitely be back and will bring our children. Great value especially for the top tier experience.

From the initial welcome at reception, to waving goodbye our stay always fantastic.
Our reception welcome was with Few, she explained everything we need to know about the hotel, dining, facilities and our room she was excellent.
The rest of the hotel team were very welcoming, helpful and always with a smile.
We didn’t eat dinners at the hotel but the buffet breakfasts were first class, catered well for British and Asians alike, so plenty of choice.
The pool areas were well service by the team, towels and water top ups all day.
The hotel was also ideal positioned on Chaweng Beach, ideal for a stroll, close to dozens of shops and restaurants and less than 20 minutes from Samui airport.

This is the most perfect hotel from every perspective. Every single member of the staff could not be more helpful, kind and welcoming (especially Fah, Nevia , Wendy). Our agent had made a mistake with the booking and they did everything they could to fix it and incurred the extra cost themselves.
The hotel and rooms are beautiful, well kept, elegant, immaculately clean. We only eat kosher food and the amount of fruit, vegetables, smoked salmon and kosher egg station at breakfast were all so impressive. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

We had a wonderful stay at Centara Reserve Koh Samui. Everything was perfect and exactly as it should be. The staff were very kind and attentive, and a special thanks to Joana for giving us such a warm and lovely welcome. We truly felt well taken care of and would happily return.

We booked a Deluxe Double Room with a king-size bed and clearly mentioned that this was our honeymoon. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that only a room with separate beds was available, unless we paid an additional 18,800 THB for a “villa” upgrade that we neither wanted nor requested.

We showed our booking confirmation and explained the situation, but the reception staff insisted: either pay more money or stay in a twin room. We asked for a refund so we could leave and find another hotel, as we had already paid a lot and the upgrade was far beyond our budget – this was refused.

In the end, we were forced to pay for an unwanted upgrade. The hotel offered no real compensation for the distress and inconvenience, only a 20% discount at the hotel restaurants, which essentially means spending even more money.

The attitude at reception felt focused solely on taking more money rather than helping guests. This was extremely disappointing, especially for a honeymoon. We will not return and will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Even our families, who used to stay here every year, will not be coming back.
