大満足、お勧めです。
Pros:

無料で広いお部屋にアップグレードしていただきました。洗い場付きバスルームと、独立した洗面所とトイレだったので使い心地がとても良かったです。畳のエリアもあったので、小さいお子さん連れでも快適に過ごせると思います。寝具、パジャマも心地よく、よく眠れました。スタッフの方々も親切丁寧でした。また機会があれば利用させて頂きたいと思います。

Cons:

バスルームの水圧が低いのか、浴槽にお湯を貯めるのに時間がかかりました。素敵なお部屋なのに、ソファーには染みがあったので、しみとりができていればさらに良かったと思います。

Pleasant stay with helpful staff.
Pros:

Receptionist: Good service; takes initiative. Although his English vocabulary was quite limited, he did his best to provide good service. When we mentioned we would probably dine at the in-house izakaya, he took the initiative to ring the izakaya to say that two non-Japanese speaking guests would be coming to dine. The izakaya staff were great, gave us an English menu. The food was pretty good.

福江港から少し歩いた場所で、移動やツアーに参加するのに便利でした。お部屋は快適です。ロビーや廊下もオシャレなデザインで、船室風？と感じました。朝ごはんもサクサクトーストと地元の新鮮な野菜たっぷりの内容で、美味しかったです。
