Nice location, friendly staff but rooms could be updated.
Pros:

Breakfast had a good selection to choose from. The location was very good for sightseeing and visiting the Finger Lakes region.

Cons:

The bathroom needed updating, mainly there was what appeared to be mold starting to grow on the ceiling above the shower.

Very clean, comfortable, and well staffed
Pros:

It was conveniently located, very clean, and comfortable. The staff was incredible!

Cons:

My only complaint is that the bathroom in our room smelled very strong of Indian food. We stayed an entire week, and the smell did not dissipate.

Delightful stay in newly renovated hotel near Seneca Falls. Great service, pool, and free breakfast.
Pros:

Check in was a breeze with pre-registration. Facilities are newly renovated and clean. Outdoor pool was accessible and clean and room was comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was phenomenal with choices and availability. Attached restaurant available although there are plenty of fast food and small diners around as well.

Cons:

Some rooms require you to use one flight of stairs instead of elevator so make sure you specify when booking your room if this would be a problem.

Heading home
Pros:

Easy check in, let us keep the motorcycles at the front. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Pool was nice and refreshing with a great breakfast. Restaurant on site was good too.

Cons:

The only thing was the restaurant is closed Sunday to Tuesday. We had to stay an extra night due to weather. But there was a pizza place that delivered, as we were on motorcycles and it was raining. Not a terrible issue but if you're traveling during the first part of the week you may want to know.

Wonderful hotel; great experience
Pros:

Just about everything! The hotel looks and smells very clean. The restaurant, Woody's, was so good, we ate there both nights of our stay. Food was fantastic! Our room was very comfortable and very clean. We plan to stay at The Lux every time we visit the Finger Lakes region.

Cons:

I do wish they had a key drop box for when you are checking out. We prepaid for our stay and it would just make check out a little more efficient. Otherwise our stay was as close to perfect as you can get!
