Very friendly customer service & clean rooms!
Pros:

Very friendly customer service and smooth check-in! Clean room with air-condition and big beds. Also a fridge and coffee machine were available. Nice boardwalk across the street.

Cons:

Parking-lot fee not included.

So nice place to stay in Tampa
Pros:

- Less than 5 min walk from/to the nearest bus stop
- Less than 15 min walk from/to Tampa bus terminal
- Friendly staffs
- Large and clean room
- Each room has very big window. The view is awesome.
- Coffee machine
- Refrigerator
- Stable WIFI
- Located next to a river. Good to go for walk.

Cons:

Just a note, breakfast is not included in room charge - not a complaint at all.

Checked in and no detail about where anything was, to get tv listings needed to get a copy at the front desk. Beds comfy but towels were sandpaper and the smell sitting by the pool was gas fumes. Exercise room was much to small for size of building.

A well placed comfortable hotel at a reasonable rate compared to other hotels in the area.
Pros:

Location was good with fast access to I4 & 275 and 25min walking to the Benchmark Arena. Riverwalk was a short walk from reception. Staff were helpful and informative. Shuttle bus was handy for cross town trips to tourist sites although only operated within a 2 mile radius of hotel.

Cons:

Room was dated but fairly clean and cleaning staff were helpful.

Close to everything, very clean, great pool and awesome staff. Beautiful rooms too. Would come back anytime!

Restaurant in the hotel had mediocre food and staff that hates kids (even well behaved ones)

Great.
Pros:

Loved the view from the 12th floor and the bed was very comfortable. The cleaning crew were friendly and efficient.

Cons:

Our water temperature was only Luke warm for a couple days till we asked about it, then it was taken care of and we enjoyed a hot shower.

Great place to stay in Tampa
Pros:

Terrific location and a very good restaurant. We took advantage of the restaurant the first night as it was absolutely a deluge of rain. We were there to go to the art fair across the river and it was incredibly convenient. Also an easy walk around much of the city, including the university of Tampa, Tampa, Museum of Art, and many restaurants. The Riverwalk is terrific.

Cons:

Wish we had a second chair in our room. Don’t always like to just sit on the bed.
