Pros:

We stayed during the Gasparilla Festival of the Arts and this was the perfect location for walking to and from the show each day. We also walked to lunch and dinner and a coffee shop. The hotel also provided a shuttle that would take you to places within 2 miles and pick you up-- saving a little transportation money there was nice when we didn't want to walk.

Cons:

I wish there had been a complimentary breakfast. that would have made this stay perfect!

Overpriced garbage!
Pros:

We had three different room. No hot water in one, sink falling off in another. It was not worth the money i paid to stay there.

Great property!
Pros:

Staff was great! Very helpful and professional. My room was very clean.I would definitely return. It was a good location for shopping and restaurants. Also the riverwalk was right behind the hotel

Cons:

My shower had no hot water. I wasnt able to take a shower before I left for the airport. I was very disappointed. I also didn't get a chance to tell the front desk when i left in the morning.

Wouldn’t recommend. No housekeeping, no hot water at times. Great location but high risk…

Great proximity to the river

Cons:

Stayed two nights and there was no housekeeping. Fine with no clean towels, sheets, etc but a heads up would have been nice. Also had not hot water one night which wasn’t ideal.

Disappointing
Pros:

Staff was exceptional

Cons:

We had just arrived and wanted to lay by the pool - there were no food/drink selections available...the restaurant was closed until 4:00 and there were no stores/restaurants close by for us to accommodate. We went up to take showers and found that there was no hot water in the sink and shower...the water was freezing!!!!! I called the front desk and they said maintenance was called but no resolution was reached even in the morning!!! Very disappointed!!!

Good place to stay in Tampa for one night
Pros:

Pros:

Excellent location for cruising out of the port.
Restaurant on facility.

Cons:

Beds were not comfortable for me but others may prefer a hard mattress.

Nie był to zły pobyt, ale nie ma żadnego powodu, żeby wrócić do tego hotelu.
Pros:

Blisko centrum, duże pokoje i bardzo wygodne łóżka. Znośny internet. Całość, mimo renowacji, sprawia wrażenie starej i średnio zadbanej. Nie jest to zły hotel, ale na pewno nie za cenę, którą zapłaciłem.

Cons:

Mimo renowacji, hotel wydaje się średnio zadbany. Na szczęście pokoje są czyste. Okna przepuszczają hałas, całość sprawia wrażenie niedopracowanego budynku. Wentylator w łazience wył całą noc i nie dało się go wyłączyć.
