Good clean and comfortable
Pros:

I stayed here for the July 2026 bar exam. The shuttle service was very helpful in getting to the Tampa convention center both mornings. The hotel building is old but well kept. They have modernized the interior in ways that made it feel fresh. The rooms were clean and quiet. It did take a few minutes for the hot water to come to my shower on the 10th floor but that was a minor inconvenience. The bed and pillows provided a comfortable nights sleep before a high
stakes exam.

Great hotel location and right on the Tampa River Walk
Pros:

Location wise, this is a great hotel. The pool is a nice feature but there is a lot of construction directly in front of it which was noisy and definitely not relaxing. The rooms are outdated and there was a slight smell in our room.
I did not eat in the restaurant, but the reviews were not great. Front desk and staff at the bar were very pleasant and helpful.

Great Rooms and Amenities, One rude staff member
Pros:

The rooms were very clean and quiet. The location is excellent for walking and the shuttle was very useful, clean, and overall a nice amenity. Beware of arriving earlier than check-in as the front desk staff can be rather rude.

Pros:

Great hotel. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Stocked with all the amenities you need. Also has a bar and restaurant located inside as well as walking distance to other places. They offer a free shuttle within 2 miles.

Cons:

Because of wife's ability to walk asked for a room close to the elevator on an upper floor. Instead got the room which was the absolute furthest from the elevator. The tv remote would not turn on the set and the coffee pot was broken.
