The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to be close to the performance center.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly, and the hotel was across the street from the Straz Performance Center. The room was cleaned and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The Hotel needs to be updated. The lobby just looks old. I was not impressed with the breakfast, fried potatoes and fried chicken sausages.

Cool location. Spent $2000 and couldn’t even get my room cleaned.
Pros:

Cool vibe, cool location by the river walk, convenient shuttle to the convention center. Staff pretty friendly.

Cons:

Asked if I could have my room cleaned 2 days in a row. Was told yes each morning. Both evenings returned, nothing had been cleaned, no trash cans had been emptied, no towels replaced.

Great stay near the theatre and restaurants
Pros:

Great location, great coffee, wonderful restaurant with lots of options.

Fantastic all the way around!
Pros:

Great location right off the Riverwalk. Great bagel place nearby - the Straz, parking is only$10 a night and the free shuttle to get you around downtown. Staff super friendly and helpful.

The restaurant in lobby, staff, location, and room were all amazing. Overall great experience. I would personally recomm

The location is always a major benefit, plus it is very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I wanted to get a quick drink and most of the vending machines were just empty. In addition when I showered the water got luck warm at its warmest point. Basically took a cold shower.

Amor por Tampa
Pros:

Su ubicación es excelente, La gerente es muy tratable Super calificada para su puesto, un chico Julian buenísimo el personal completo del bar también saben lo de atención al cliente. Los que nos mueven son los que me complacieron llevándome de un lado al otro y casi no tuve que tener espera en corto tiempo. Buen personal. Gracias. Bendiciones.

Cons:

El hotel hay que invertir un poco más en las recargas. Más bonitas. También deben permitir el bar con dinero, plata, pagar cash.
