As a healthcare professional traveler who has stayed at numerous hotels the Holiday Inn Asheville East Blue Ridge has been by far the best experience ever.
The convenience, comfort, cleanliness, and staff definitely exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend this property.
Super friendly staff both in the hotel and the restaurant. Shout out to Miguel in particular. Clean room, convenient location for driving on I-40. Restaurant has a tasty farfalle.

Few minor things
We were on a bus tour with 45 of our neighbors from a 55+ community. Everything at this hotel ran like clockwork. They helped my delievering to and retrieving our bags from our rooms.The hotel was extremely clean, the breakfast buffet was hot and well monitored. Every staff member from Manager to housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. Staying there was delightful. We will definitely stay there again when in the area and highly recommend that you check it out.

I was part of a group from White Star Tours that stayed at the Holiday Inn Asheville East from December 8-11th of December. Haley, the manager welcomed us as soon as our bus arrived and made us feel welcome. Our room was clean and warm when we arrived with a view of the mountains nearby. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job each morning to keep it that way. The buffet breakfast staff was always cheerful and friendly and kept it well stocked and looking fresh. The tables were promptly cleared and cleaned by the staff as well. I would highly recommend this location to anyone staying in the Asheville area.
Haley, the Manager was Very friendly and professional. Hotel atmosphere was welcoming from the time we got there.
Rooms (we were in Room 228) were older, but comfortable and clean. We appreciated the mini fridge but didn't use the mini microwave.
We came as a tour group of 45 seniors to tour Biltmore and the different areas around Asheville on a 4 day trip.
The breakfast buffet was well stocked with a variety of food and the small breakfast area was kept clean by the friendly and efficient staff.
We would definitely stay here again and we will recommend it to our friends and family!
