The stay was as expected and the cost was appreciated.
Pros:

I appreciated the affordability. We had a very nice front desk staff. The hotel was not to far from our desired destination of the Biltmore Estate. I found the room blocked out a lot of noise which I was concerned about since we were right by the elevator and ice machine.

Cons:

The rooms were nice but definitely well used. My room had a tick on the curtain and my sister's room had a stink bug. The chair in my room had stains on it and the carpeting could use a cleaning. We did have very nice front desk staff.

Pros:

I love the location, the staff was excellent and your beds were super comfortable!!

Cons:

I thought it was very expensive for just one night. I would love to come back if the price comes down considerably! I paid $350 and that is a little ridiculous.

Pros:

The breakfast bar was a full hot breakfast and well stocked. Our room was quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The location was Great, easy access to HWY and good restaurants.

Cons:

I booked a room with a couch (for watching TV) but our room had an older trundle bed pushed up against a side wall instead.

Would have been perfect if not for the housekeeping issues.
Pros:

The location was awesome, the room was comfortable, the bed was really good. Breakfast buffet was good but not exceptional.

Cons:

We were blindsided by the fact they were NOT cleaning the rooms daily. We got caught without clean towels and the trash was not emptied. We told one of the maids we were leaving the room for the day and told her it was Ok to go ahead and clean. When we returned that evening, the room had not been touched. I called the front desk to ask what's up and was told they had a staffing shortage and didn't clean the rooms every day. I've stayed in other hotels that had a policy of only cleaning your room if you requested, but they MADE IT CLEAR by posting that info in the room.
