Pros:

This may be the only hotel I've ever stayed in that had decent pillows. And a mattress that didn't have a giant dip in the middle. It was quiet, and the little gym was nice.

Fantastic Hotel
Pros:

From arrival to check out everything about my stay was wonderful. The staff I encountered were all very kind and the hotel is exceptionally clean. It’s located very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and just a few minutes from Asheville. I highly recommend this hotel and no doubt we’ll stay there again when I am in the area. Greatest experience thanks to Haley McBride

If you're in the area of Asheville seeing the countryside doing some shopping. there for a concert or play or to enjoy some local cuisine. This hotel is a must stay it is the only place in Asheville that is safe and clean. Not only because of Haley McBride is the best GM in the hotel industry in Asheville. But after extensive searching with my black light the housekeeping staff is the best in the industry. Though this is not in walking distance of downtown Asheville the staff will surely make sure you are taken care of. During all the great floods this place took care of the locals. Not only that but the guest from out of state are like family to them. They make sure that anyone that walks through them doors are well taken care of and go above and beyond for every guest as if they are family. I will stay nowhere else when visiting Asheville from this point forward. The atmosphere is quiet the rooms are immaculate it's worth every dollar to stay there and it's quiet and peaceful at night inside your rooms.

Southern hospitality, lovely, clean
Pros:

Wonderful experience. In addition to a lovely, clean room, we experienced true southern hospitality and care. Also it’s nice to look out on green in all directions. If you’re in Asheville, you should stay here.

Best experience ever!

As a healthcare professional traveler who has stayed at numerous hotels the Holiday Inn Asheville East Blue Ridge has been by far the best experience ever.
The convenience, comfort, cleanliness, and staff definitely exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend this property.
