I come here frequently for work and always receive great service from the staff. The beds are comfortable and the restaurant has healthy food options. The lounge service is always top notch from Eileen, Tatiana, and Daniela!

Welp - I stayed just one night to attend an event:

Pros -
everything was very clean
Bed super comfy
Front desk staff supremely kind and engaging.

Cons -
This was clearly some other concept before and they renovated it - tub is old and shower not enjoyable
Parking - they should not be charging given the style of this property which is really an airport hotel trying to be more

Perhaps someone else came and used the pool or facilities and had a real banger of a time but given the location and bones of the facility I just say it’s a fine airport hotel and nothing more. I don’t know what the Delta brand is trying to be.

the hotel is very nice with great employees. Shout out to Logan, Narianela, Karla, Ysmenia and Jennipher.

I went to eat at the bar and had a very good experience. The service was excellent from the start, especially thanks to Daniela, Eileen, and Tatiana, who were attentive and friendly throughout. The food was also quite delicious, with great flavor and presentation. I would definitely come back and recommend it for a nice time.

Friendly service, accommodating, clean

I received great late night service by Eileen, Tatiana, and Daniela at the Dive Bar. This is the best part of the Delta Hotel.

The one bright side of this hotel is the restaurant and bar. Eileen, Tatiana, and Daniela. Phenomenal service at the dive bar. Would dine again!

This hotel had some good things, but it also had some low points. Marriott Titanium, which I know doesn't matter.

Hotel is older. There are two elevators and only one worked the two days I was there. This meant long waits. No sign up. No guys working on it. Also the parking lot is dark. As a matter of fact, when I pulled into the hotel, it looked abandoned. The lighting becomes an issue when you need to scan the QR code to park. They charge for parking. I have no problem with that. But this third party app is a pain. It never loaded and the front desk needed to add my car for me.

Breakfast was fine. Room was fine, though I have come to dislike the tub showers and wish they upgraded to a stall shower. It's near the airport but not close to anything else, so you might want to look in downtown West Palm if you want proximity to restaurants etc.

L Hotel confortable

As part of our overnight stay at the Marriott Delta Hotel in West Palm Beach, we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the hotel’s Dive Bar. I had the fish tacos, which were a sensational spicy sweet delight. My wife had the quesadilla and was wowed over. Of course, the outstanding service crew of Tatiana, Wilson, Alexander, and Daniela added immensely to our positive experience. I breakfasted a-line in the morning to a superb and tasty buffet with good coffee (compared to the swill I often get at other hotels). My service hosts of Joseph and Sandia treated me like family. It was quite an enjoyable, quiet breakfast. VERY WELL DONE DELTA! Thanks!

Sabrea works at this hotel. What a problem.solver! She came to my rescue by going above and beyond to help me solve a critical personal issue. She is an amazing kind person. Marriott is lucky to have work for the company!

This is a great, clean hotel super close to the airport. It has a great restaurant and lovely staff. The value is good, especially in busy season.
