The hotel was under construction, yet it was still open for business. The hotel was in decent shape, but not what you would call clean and presentable. The pool was out of order, and the breakfast was terrible. The only saving grace was the restaurant on site (Chapala Grill).
It was nice
It was great
They were remodeling when I was there.
Despite the renovations , it was very comfortable and clean.
I hope to stay here again next time I’m visiting family.
Hotelnwas getting remodeled but it was clean and comfy and good breakfest!
We stayed at this property last year and were happy with it but this time, disappointing. We knew that they were doing renovations but when we arrived on the floor we were staying on we were surprised to see room numbers written on blue painter tape and taped to the doors; there were no baseboards although it didn't appear there was new carpet yet. The drapery in our room was hanging down as if one of the clips to hold it in place was broken. When we told the front desk the response was, they're going to be putting new drapes in the room anyway. Stained carpet in our room and stained cover sheet. Photos on hotels.com were not accurate. We expected a sofa in our room but there was none. The lobby pictures showed the same furniture but various colors and it appeared to have new carpet but it was just color enhanced.
The breakfast area was nice with a variety of food.
Nice i loved breakfast nice. Mexican restaurant attached clen rooms nice ahower
Not a terrible experience, but the pool was closed and there was a lot of construction and renovations going on throughout the hotel.
Nice place, fairly clean, friendly staff. They could use to put a trash can in the bathroom, and the water pressure is weak. (Laugh if you want to, but that will always cost a hotel points in my book)
The pool was not working. The tap of the room number fell off. The toilet did not flush well. The shower floor had hair on it.
Pool
it was a nice place to stay and very quiet . The breakfast was good I will stay again if I come that wasy again
The hotel is ok . It is undergoing renovations. The biggest complaint was the temperature of the room. It was 74 degrees even though we set the temperature at 67. The air was very stale with no movement. We slept with just a sheet over us.
Air conditioning not working in our room, so had to move to different room. Air conditioning in lobby and common area not working well. Very disappointed that pool was closed, as we had looked forward to swimming with our children. The breakfast was really bad.
Pool was closed..and no ac
The pool was closed, the air conditioning didn't work very well, and the breakfast was terrible.
It was a great experience. It was not hard to find, the staff were very friendly and the room was clean and cozy. The breakfast wasn’t the best, the biscuits were rock hard. They are remodeling but that doesn’t take away much from the experience. Will definitely stay there again
Hallways were filthy. Cue tip laying I middle of hall way. Along with other garbage. Pool was freezing. No pool towels
Ive stayed in a lot of hotels for continuing educatuon, and this by far is one of the poorest, unkempt, and broken down hotels I've ever stayed in. The room smelled HORRIBLE, things were broken down and missing ALL OVER the entire hotel, lights were not working in the first room i was given, the rain was pouring into the event room while learning, and much much more. Will not return.
My stay was fine...went to check out and the lady was amazing since I was dressed for my wedding
