Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort

We really enjoyed our stay in our villas . We have no complaints about our accommodations there. However, do not rent from the on-site bike rental program. Every bike ride, we went on a chain came off and we had to walk our bikes back multiple miles with small children. When we call the number on the bike, we never got an answer. Jason the owner refused to even offer any kind of reimbursement or apology for our experience. We go to Hilton head for the bicycle riding with all the trails and we ended up pushing our bikes back every time and having to get in our car. I repeat do not rent the bicycles from the Hilton head beach, and tennis resort on site bike rental program.

This was a great kid friendly place to stay for our quick weekend get away with the grandkids. Once we got our groceries, there was no need to leave again. The play ground and kiddie pool were the biggest hits after playing on the beach!

We had a grest place to stay for our first time to hilton head. The pool was great and the distance to ocean was awesome. I would go back.

distance to private beach is great. Nice to rent a condo for a larger group and still have hotel amenities.

The condo was very clean and spacious. The condo we stayed in was outdated furniture and appliance wise but it was very clean. The amenities are wonderful. The ice cream stand beside the pool was a nice touch for the kids. The summer events and the pool were also nice and provided something to enjoy while taking a break from the beach which was just a short walk away. The restaurant at the resort also had amazing pizza and wings. Will definitely stay again. Only downside was the elevator was out our whole stay so it was aggravating having to carry in everything up the stairs and carry everything back out down the stairs but overall it was a nice trip.

We found rat poop in the cabinets and a card left from the last people so it was clearly not cleaned and the food was overpriced at the resort DO NOT come here it’s a waste of 1900 dollars

We enjoyed our trip. Three restaurants on site and beach viee was beautiful. They have events all the time.

Checked into unit A201 and there was rat droppings all in the cabinet near the couch. The unit is extremely small ( only one person can walk down the hall at a time) and there was only one adult and 2 children. The location is nice you are centrally located on the island. The resort did have fun activities for the kids like movie night at the pool, a dance party and karaoke night. If your not planning on staying in the unit the place is fine..

Room was super dated, whole complex needs updating! Appliances were broken.

Do NOT stay in villa g15!!! Pictures attached, but maintenance and front desk didn’t care about any of the issues. Random leak in master bedroom doorway entire week long stay had to put a paper towel down which turned brown after one day from water. Was told they couldn’t figure it out so oh well. Also leak out of vent in kitchen causing paint to bubble. There’s prob mold in the vents if water is just up there and slowly leaking out, my daughter has severe allergies and had swollen itchy eyes for the first 3 days. Floorboards missing under twin bedroom in guest room. Cracked ceiling in bathroom, dust and discoloration throughout condo. Paneling lifting in multiple areas. Floorboards uneven and sinking in most spots.

For the price, the location, the restaurants, bar, pool, and access to the beach, you cant go wrong!

One and huge disappointment we have no Jacuzzi at your beautiful huge resort. We came here first time because we decided change our usual place and if I knew before I will never make reservations at your resort just because of jacuzzi. We drove 15 hours and found out about this. I never even thought any resorts do not have jacuzzi. I was shocked.

We are here first and last time at your resort.
Sorry guys but your owner have to change something or he going to loose many people.

The convenience of having both the beach and activities around the resort makes it a place I’d recommend to other people

The pool was nice. The security was good. The rooms were old. We were locked out of our room for a hour because the door wouldnt work. The light In our bathroom stop working on day three. The walk to the beach was good. About 4 minutes. Food was 5/10. The wings were 10/10. This property gives us mixed feelings.

Bathroom had no safety bars in tub and needed better lighting. No towel service other than beginning of visit. Had to pay extra $$$ to get second delivery of towels. No towels provided at pool. No paper products provided except when we first arrived. Noise from unit above and on outside stairwell. Unit was clean and nicely furnished but sleeping accommodation were disappointing. Resort geared to families with children.

Security in property, beach very close walking distance

Property is outdated , pool was used like a public pool anyone was allowed to use no one from resort monitoring the crowd or who was in and out
We requested and paid for ocean view and our room had a view of the parking lot and condo across from the parking lot when we messaged the property we were told the rooms were considered Ocean view as they are on the Oceanside (no views) false info when we booked-website should be updated
Rooms outdated needed new shower head mattress replaced new pillows over all very disappointed in our stay

It’s a nice place—clean and conveniently located near everything. While it’s a bit outdated, it’s still fun, and the staff are very friendly. The pool and the beach are right on site. I stayed for a week with my friends and would definitely go again.

Resort was great - loved the pool and beach . Restaurants were onsite were good and liked that they had occasional entertainment. Room was nice, although main bedroom was quite small and they should have provided beach chairs (as most of the other rooms seemed to have included).
