Che dire è stata una vacanza fantastica.

Assolutamente niente
El hotel está muy nuevo y muy.compmeto, ubicado en el mismo paseo al lado de una pequeña playa y cerca de restaurantes y todo tipo de servicios. El personal muy amable. Nos dieron una habitación mejor que la reservada por disponibilidad. El desayuno se sirve en un rooftop con bonitas vistas sobre la bahia.
No tiene parking y el acceso al paseo en coche es muy complicado. Depende de que un policía te abra el acceso y el policía no siempre está, o no está dispuesto a hacerlo. Albania en general es caotico en coche, Sarande mas que la media con lo que si vas con equipaje y coche no aconsejaría este hotel.

A fost in centru
Personalul,nu prea primitori,nu te lasă cu nimic in camera,am luat clătite la copil si nu ne.au lăsat,au zis ca ei au reguli pe care nu le prezintă pe booking cand vând,, le prezintă acolo cand semnezi,unde după 12h de condus nu prea iti arde sa citești 3 pagini. Tipa cu ochelari foarte rea si neprimitoare,cumva am deranjat-o ca am venit la ea la hotel,deși era angajată. Ni sa spus ca schimba lenjeria la 2 zile,dar acolo,nu a scris pe booking si a 3 zi am mers la recepție sa întreb de ce nu au schimbat si a zis ca ei in calculator ii apar schimbate,dar in camera nu sunt. Merg pe principiu ca daca ții curățenia,nu le mai schimbă. Micul dejun foarte puțin,aceleași chestii ,câteva chestii.nu aveai ce sa schimbi azi sa difersifici cumva. Niște furnici in una din camere,specific ca am avut 3 camere rezervate. In una din zile am vrut sa mergem la baia din receptie ca sa nu mai urc pana sus si nu ne.au lăsat ca e pt staff,desi cand am ajuns am mers la acea baie. Am înțeles ca sunt foarte rai ca oameni toti,dar cand faci hotel,ar trebui mai multa atenție ,zic eu.
the best hotel in our 9 days trip in Albania. the staff was superb. from the reception (ilva and the nice albanian spanish speaker that were so nice and helpfull - how is here name please) to the last of the stuff in the restaurant and breakfast. the hotel restaurant for the evening gives you 15% discount because your accomodation in the hotel and the food is good. we recieved towells to the beach, Beach umbrella, they have also chairs for the beach. the hotel is new with nice and clean rooms. the breakfast was on the terrace with sea view and tasty food. both rooms had an outstanding sea view from the balcony. definitely the best hotel
weak stream in the shower. no parking in the hotel. we parked at a safe private parking 6 min walk that was ok
