Café da manhã excepcional .. conforto dos quartos, ar condicionado mas principalmente o atendimento dos funcionários, todos sem exceção mto prestativos e educados com toda minha família, desde o transfer no aeroporto as 2am até os atendentes do café da manha, recepção todos os turnos, restaurante (pois utilizamos o restaurante em um dos dias), estadia excepcional
a cama do quarto 602 parece estar com problema no colchao, parece um pouco macio demais comparado com o outro lado do mesmo colchao, isso atrapalhou um pouco o conforto

Falta mayor iluminación en la habitación.
En la mañana bajé a recepción a pedir agua, me mandaron a comprar a la calle, caminé cuadras y cuadras, recorrí, y estaba todo cerrado. Me parece insólito que un hotel no disponga de algo tan básico y escencial como agua para sus huéspedes y lo manden a comprar afuera donde esta todo cerrado

Les chambres sont très confortables. le petit déjeuner est magnifique, varié et joliment présenté, le personnel aussi bien en cuisine que les serveuses est vraiment au top, professionnel, attentionné et chaleureux. Un grand merci au chef Enrique Araya et son équipe et a tout le personnel de l'hôtel et le grand sourire de Joaquin toutes les matins au petit-déjeuner.
