Muy bueno, volveré.
Pros:

El tamaño y distribución de la habitación. La limpieza del baño y ropa de cama. Desayuno muy completo. La calidad del servicio y el trago de bienvenida.

Cons:

Los colchones un poco blandos y los pancitos en el desayuno (muy pequeños, casi bocados de pancitos). La tipica mermelada envasada chiquitito, ¿porque no una mermelada en frasco tipo casera?

Very enjoyable, would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
Pros:

The location was perfect, close to everything needed. Parking was easy to access and plenty of spaces close to lifts. The check in was straightforward and quick. Particularly impressed by the concierge in attendance. Breakfast was good, nice setting, light and open. Dinner choices also was excellent. Also the TV was great for overseas visitors with many English speaking channels, movies etc. The shower was one of the best I have had, real water pressure for a change.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind really. maybe the water could be complimentary, but 2,000 pesos for a huge bottle was pretty good. Also I pulled the only last 2 tissues in the box, so had to use toilet paper, but not a big deal, it was replaced with a new box the second day.

Olga looked after us so well in the restaurant also .
We would highly recommend Hotel Regal Pacific to everyone we know if they want to be assured of a wonderful & central hotel & for Breakfast , lunch or dinner .
We could not fault anything & in particular the restaurant. Olga the restaurants manager paid particular attention to detail & had us return multiple times to dine. Unforgettable & a definite highlight to our trip .

Great location and lovely hotel, but needs to consider the user experience
Pros:

Good location, shows close to the metro. Breakfasts were excellent and the rooms were a very good size. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Bottled water and coffee were extra, which I thought was quite shocking for a 5 star hotel. The panel in my room was broken and I barely slept due to the bright blue light which wouldn’t go off.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location with beautiful mountain and city views. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Room and bathroom were serviced daily and kept very clean. Breakfast was excellent. The concierge was very helpful.

Cons:

I had an executive room that was missing a small coffee table beside the comfortable chairs. So nowhere to set anything gif you are relaxing on these. Other rooms had a coffee table. I reported it, but none arrived despite being promised. The service in the restaurant for dinner was very poor. Staff were very unattentive and disinterested. Could hardy get their attention, even for the bill at the end of the night, when were the only ones there
