Excelente desayuno
Durante la noche se escucha mucho ruido
Quiero destacar mi estancia en este hotel a través de varios puntos: el aislamiento acústico es magnífico; se agradece que las ventanas sean insonorizadas. Además, la temperatura en la habitación era agradable. Un gran acierto técnico es que la televisión se encendiera en canales públicos/abiertos, en lugar de reproducir la propaganda de la cadena a los que otros hoteles te obligan. El desayuno fue de primer nivel, sabía de eso antes de ir ¡es realmente sabroso... sorprendente! Los felicito por su política de inclusión al contar con personas con discapacidad en el equipo de atención al cliente. Tanto el trato como el proceso de check-out fueron agradables.
La atención de la persona que me atendió durante el check-in dejó mucho que desear y resultó desagradable. Llegué por la noche y encontré el hotel con las puertas cerradas y bloqueadas con dos portamaletas, cuales "barricadas" al pasajero, que es un cliente de esa empresa. Esta situación me generó ... bueno... alguna impresión! Para eso está el personal de seguridad.

Fiquei um pouco decepcionada com o quarto, pois a vista das montanhas foi bem diferente da foto do anúncio e, quando chegamos, o banheiro estava com um cheiro muito forte de esgoto. Além disso, o banheiro não é muito confortável e as instalações são bem mais antigas do que parece nas fotos.

O hotel tem localização excelente, com várias avenidas de acesso fácil e uma estação de metrô na quadra ao lado. O apartamento é bem confortável com uma saleta de apoio e vista maravilhosa para as montanhas. O café da manhã é excelente, muito variado e com inúmeras opções. O estacionamento do hotel também é muito pratico e com acesso fácil. A equipe de atendimento é muito cortês e solicita.
A solução do box do chuveiro deixava molhar um pouco o resto do banheiro.

My room was a bit disappointing. Definitely not 4 stars. The bed was very uncomfortable and my bathroom had a bad smell. It needs upgrades.
