OK, mas não vale o preço.
Pros:

09/2026: Limpeza dos quartos, acústica, localização boa com mercado e próximo ao metrô, visual da cordilheira. Staff Martín sempre cordial e prestativo. Café da manhã bom, mas nada demais.
Sempre deixavam lanches prontos para nós antes da saída aos passeios, que começavam às 05h, mediante pedido.

Cons:

Já fiquei em hotel 4 estrelas que superou mais minhas expectativas que esse. Staff: 30% amistoso o resto não é. Cafeteira no quarto mas nem sequer 1 cápsula por pessoa e por diária, que seria o mínimo na minha opinião.
Garrafa de água boa só pagando, as 2 pequenas garrafas de água que estavam no quarto na chegada, gosto (taste) de sal e sem rótulo. Pressão do chuveiro a desejar. Restaurante adjacente, usado no jantar, comida não é boa, nada de mais, pegamos 3 pratos diferentes e foi difícil terminar a refeição.

Pros:

O café da manhã era bem completo, mas o grande diferencial era justamente o atendimento extremamente cordial dos colaboradores. Desde os recepcionistas até a camareira.
Eu estava comemorando 10 anos de casamento com minha esposa e deram um mimo especial com um cartão desejando felicidades. Estes detalhes para momentos especiais, fazem toda diferença.
Com certeza, se voltar a Santiago, ficarei neste hotel novamente.

Cons:

O local onde são realizadas as massagens, poderia ser um pouco mais confortável.
O foco maior dos massagistas está realmente no acompanhamento e montagem de treino da academia do hotel, logo o serviço de massagem relaxante oferecido, fica abaixo em relação a qualidade dos outros ítens oferecidos pelo hotel.
