Ok for a one night stay. I would not spend an extended stay here.
Pros:

Location and parking were great. Staff greeted us with warm cookies.

Cons:

The pool in the middle of the hotel made it incredibly loud. The room was incredibly mediocre and the paint was peeling in the bathroom around the tub and door.

Pros:

Staff was very nice

Cons:

The whole entire place smell of mildew to such an extreme that I had trouble sleeping. The bathroom was dirty. There was hair in the shower. The hot tub was closed and there were cops all over the hotel. Not a great look. I won’t be staying here ever again.

Very expensive for graduation weekend for the accommodations
Pros:

Location is close to KU campus

Cons:

The lobby smells of chlorine. Our room smelled damp and like mildew. Bed and pillows not comfortable.
