Cons:

On Saturday morning, 3/28/26, a lady ran into me (hit & run actually) in the parking lot. That is certainly not the fault of the hotel, but once I found out there were no cameras in the parking lot, it became very frustrating. The police came and I did everything necessary, but you would think in a reputable hotel like a Hilton, there would be cameras covering the parking lot. That, combined with no visible security, is irritating.

A decent experience.
Pros:

Comfy rooms, late check in.

Cons:

The breakfast cost 18 bucks. Absolutely crazy for over 400 on 2 rooms. We left early and ate elsewhere. The enshittification of everything is such a bummer.

Disappointed for the price.
Pros:

Close to hospital in a snow storm. The bed was comfortable and appeared clean.

Cons:

The room was very stuffy, damp. It had a musty odor and there was mold on the bathroom walls, the building was obviously settling with the tape peeling away from the ceilings. Also, the hot tub was closed but that wasn’t as important.

A great place to take your kids during cold Kansas winters!!
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Only $20 additional dollars for up to 4 people. Indoor pool was amazing. Really nice workout room , as well.

Cons:

Hot tub was closed.

Probably would revert to Hampton Inn when there is a choice, but was

Cons:

Long time since using Doubletree; earlier used quite often. Disappointed to see that the “once signature” afternoon chocolate chip cookies are no more. Very surprised by $13 breakfast buffet (which is delicious and high quality). Oddly few elevators for size of facility

Pros:

Staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

AC in the room was out, room was 79 degrees, after attempted repair we had to change rooms at 8:30pm. Hot tub was out and the only reason I booked this hotel, but it had tarp over it with duct tape, it had listed that breakfast was available but not that it was not included in room cost, I could have stayed elsewhere, and will next time
