Considering small rooms and terrible breakfast, it's hard to believe how much I paid for this.
Pros:

The room was clean.
The ice machine worked well.

Cons:

Breakfast was awful. I stay at other IHG locations and what I experienced at Louisville Downtown was below subpar. Minimal selection, unappealing food, the place was too cheap to leave the non-stick spray out for waffle-making purposes.
The rooms were small. I had to turn sideways to get to the beds.
The permanent "Wet Floor" signs in the elevators were unsettling.
Considering the lengths to which this location went in order to cut corners, I'm surprised that I had to pay so much.

3 adults booked for the room and we were given one bed and I was double charged which they fixed but with it already attached to my card I couldn't do anything I wanted to do. Who gives 3 adults 1 queen bed really?

Very happy! Would stay again & would recommend!
Pros:

The location was easy to find. We were attending a concert at Louisville Palace Theatre and it was a quick drive. Several restaurants were nearby. I didn't realize the hotel had an indoor pool, so that was a great surprise. the included breakfast had a variety, was well stocked, and yummy. Attractions like Old Louisville and Caulfield's Novelty were a quick drive too.

Cons:

I didn't not realize there was a $19.00 fee for parking. I am not sure if that was per night since I only stayed one night. It wasn't a deal breaker for me, but could have been an issue depending on someone's budget. I booked 2 rooms, one for me & my partner & another for my best friends. There were no issues in my room, but the room my friend's were in had a desk that was not properly anchored/installed. We contacted the front desk, but we did not need them to fix it. We just made them aware.
