Very clean hotel but didn't meet all my needs.
Pros:

Nice property very clean.

Cons:

Well I asked for and accessible room with walkin shower! Did not get that and I am disabled and they put me in the room furthest from elevators. Tough time walking that far.

Handy location to hospital where he goes for treatments.

Cons:

Great amenities but inadequate room climate control
Pros:

Breakfast was great! Proximity to yum center and whiskey row was excellent.

Cons:

Fully inadequate climate control. The room never got below 75-76 degrees with thermostat set at 60.

Front desk staff worked with us when our reservation was wrong from booking.com. very grateful to them for accommodating our family.

It was right downtown which was very convenient.

Cons:

The A/C unit was really loud and the bed was broken, we did get a different room and the bed was better but the A/C unit was still loud. The first room smelled like B/O but the second room smelt better!

The gentleman at the main desk was amazing! He was very kind when we came in very late to check in and helped us greatly with getting us set up for our room and the breakfast for the following morning.
