An extraordinary location with excellent service
Pros:

The location and the quality of the staff is not to be beat! Every single person I spoke to whether at the front desk or during the breakfast service, carrying my bags to my room or cleaning my room could not have been more friendly and helpful. And, during a week when the temperatures were warmer than average, the air-conditioning was fantastic.

Cons:

The only thing to be aware of is that there can be a lot of noise down on the street, especially on the weekends. So, if that’s a concern, be prepared to play some white noise on your phone or where earplugs. But for me, a little bit of noise in the later evening was a small price to pay for everything else that was great about this place.

Great location but...
Pros:

Perfect location. Amazing sea view from the room. Bed was very comfy. Room was spotless.

Cons:

Room wasn't ready for check in at 3pm. Tiny lift, barely fit two people, which ment lots of people waiting to use it. Bedroom was very small, thankfully we only had hand luggage, honestly dont know where you would put a large suitcase if you brought one.

Super Lage!
Pros:

Die Lage ist spitze, ruhige Zimmer, wenn Türe geschlossen, trotz Lage an vielbefahrener Straße. Sauber, leckeres Frühstück. Am Rande der Altstadt, mit tollem Meerblick, Strand in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Viele Bars, Geschäfte, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Super Öffis Verbindungen- mit Tram, Bus , Zug können schnell andere Orte besucht werden.

Cons:

Es wurde beim Reinigen immer sehr stark mit Klimaanlage runtergekühlt. Polster waren sehr dick- mag aber jeder anders.

Would recommend the room with balcony
Pros:

Location on waterfront nice

Cons:

No parking lot at less then 8 minutes walking. It is a problem if you travel with big bags…
There is a “Livrassion”( short time parking) in front of the hotel.
The staff was very kind!!

Описание на Букинге не соответствует действительности. Приоритетом в выборе отеля было наличие паркинга. Но по прибытию оказалось что ни паркинга, ни даже парковки возле отеля нет. Ближайший публичный паркинг 800 метров от отеля.

Prachtige locatie in het mooie Nice, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Prachtige ligging aan het begin van de promenade, dus in een rustigere omgeving en toch vlak bij het strand, de jachthaven, het oude stadsgedeelte en "la Colline du Château".
Volledig en verzorgd ontbijt in een familiale sfeer.
Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Propere en ruime kamers met zicht op zee.

Cons:

Enkel de lift was aan de kleine kant, hetgeen enigszins te verwachten is in een dergelijk historisch gebouw, maar dit werd netjes opgevangen doordat de bagage door het personeel naar de kamer werd gebracht.

Erstens ist die lage unschlagbar das Personal auch+ der Preis.

Die lage ist unschlagbar. Ebenfalls das personal! Aussicht ist fast ein Muss in Nizza . Von dort aus ist man direkt in der Altstadt oder am Hafen,Im vergleich zum Nachbarhotel sind die Preise noch moderat. Der Frühstucksraum ist jede
Morgen ein guter start in den Tag und allein deswegen ist das Hotel empfehlungswert. Auch die Sicherheit ist durch das Schlüsselsystem beruhigend. Man sollte Nizza von 1.5 bis der Formel 1 in Monaco vermeiden. Zu viel leute und zu
teuer.

Cons:

Es ist Laut, trotz Doppelverglasung. Geschuldet dadurch das jeder den Turm nebenan besuchen wollen.
Auch wird morgens in aller Frühe der Strand mit Maschinen aufgearbeitet und das ist laut. Je nach Windrichtung
ist auch das Meer ,Brandung laut.
