Erstens ist die lage unschlagbar das Personal auch+ der Preis.
Pros:

Die lage ist unschlagbar. Ebenfalls das personal! Aussicht ist fast ein Muss in Nizza . Von dort aus ist man direkt in der Altstadt oder am Hafen,Im vergleich zum Nachbarhotel sind die Preise noch moderat. Der Frühstucksraum ist jede
Morgen ein guter start in den Tag und allein deswegen ist das Hotel empfehlungswert. Auch die Sicherheit ist durch das Schlüsselsystem beruhigend. Man sollte Nizza von 1.5 bis der Formel 1 in Monaco vermeiden. Zu viel leute und zu
teuer.

Cons:

Es ist Laut, trotz Doppelverglasung. Geschuldet dadurch das jeder den Turm nebenan besuchen wollen.
Auch wird morgens in aller Frühe der Strand mit Maschinen aufgearbeitet und das ist laut. Je nach Windrichtung
ist auch das Meer ,Brandung laut.

残念な点ばかりが多かった。

・まず、予約完了後のメールで支払いを確定してください、さもなければキャンセルするという通知に、歓迎されているという気持ちになれず、最初から残念な気持ちになった。

・オーシャンビューの部屋を予約し、期待していたが、
手配されたのが2階の低層階で、道を歩いている人と目線が合う、さらには通行人の話し声や、交通車両が走行する音が夜まで騒々しく、窓を開けて海の景色を眺める気になれなかった。
せめてレースのカーテンがあれば窓を開けられたのにと思う。

おまけに、浴室の窓には、ロールスクリーンタイプのレースのカーテンがあったが、路上の人からは、隙間があり、浴室内の一部が覗けるという考えられない状態。

・浴室のドアが古く、閉めたはずがほどなくして勝手に開いてしまう始末。修理は簡単であるはずなのに。

・受付スタッフについて。ホスピタリティのある丁寧で親切なスタッフは一人くらいで、他の男性スタッフは、不親切・不遜で愛想はよくない。なかにはわたしたちを無視するスタッフまでいた。

・良かったと感じたのは、ロケーションの良さだけだった。（もう一ついえば、ティッシュペーパーの品質が比較的良かった）

・総合的に評価して、価格に見合わないと感じた。

ホスピタリティがあり、静かに夜を過ごしたい方には決してお勧めしない。


The overall experience was very disappointing, with far more negatives than positives.
The issues started right after booking. I received an email demanding that I confirm payment immediately or my reservation would be cancelled. It felt cold and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone for the stay before I even arrived.
I had high expectations for our "ocean view" room, but we were placed on the second floor. Being on such a low floor meant we were at eye-level with people on the street. Between the constant chatter of passersby and the relentless noise of traffic late into the night, it was anything but peaceful. I couldn't even bring myself to open the windows to enjoy the view. If there had been at least some sheer lace curtains, it might have helped, but there was no privacy at all.
To make matters worse, the bathroom window had a roller-style lace screen that didn't even fit properly. There was a gap that allowed people on the street to see inside—an absolutely unacceptable privacy flaw. The bathroom door was also old and faulty; even when closed, it would just drift open on its own. It’s a simple fix, yet it’s been left neglected.
As for the staff, only one person showed any real hospitality or kindness. The rest of the male staff were unfriendly, arrogant, and lacked any sense of warmth. Some even went as far as to completely ignore us.

Fab Views and Location
Pros:

View from my room (2nd floor) and location were both excellent. Decent breakfast and so close to do many restaurants it didn't matter there was no evening meal option. TV had BBC World. Staff friendly and polite. Bathroom modern and spacious. Windows provided good sound insulation and I didn't have any problems with noise at night. Room temperature was comfortable too (late April). Hotel also provided a partial refund as room was not available at time expected, which was really good of them.

Cons:

Unusual request to provide credit card details via another website even though they had access to them via Booking.com. However they did agree just to take the card details that I'd already provided & Booking.com did confirm this is normal practice for this hotel. The danger is some people may cancel their reservation assuming the hotel's system has been hacked and it's a scam, but it isn't. Other than that no issues at all & would stay again/recommend.

Eine sehr schöne Auszeit in Nizza bei bestem Frühlingswetter und einem hervorragenden Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr gut gelegen. Direkt an der Altstadt, mit bestem Bild auf die Bucht.

Cons:

Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen.

Absolutely-absolutely amazing!!!
Pros:

Everything was absolutely amazing. From the friendliness of the front desk staff to the extreme kindness of the breakfast staff. Not to mention the room, whose breathtaking view—one we shared with the great painters of the past (which is why we wanted to stay in the Suisse hotel in the first place) —made us feel like we were in a dream every time we opened our eyes. An experience we definitely want to repeat (preferably every year)!

Cons:

The only downside is that we can't spend the whole year here as guests! :-)

Great location
Pros:

Good choice for breakfast and as much as you want. Great location near old town and seafront bars.

Cons:

We were in 1st floor room with sea facing balcony. Great hustle and bustle during the day. It was a little noisy at night, mixture of people, cars, motorbikes and lorries etc. This didn't spoilt it but would recommend trying to get a higher up floor.
