Absolutely-absolutely amazing!!!
Pros:

Everything was absolutely amazing. From the friendliness of the front desk staff to the extreme kindness of the breakfast staff. Not to mention the room, whose breathtaking view—one we shared with the great painters of the past (which is why we wanted to stay in the Suisse hotel in the first place) —made us feel like we were in a dream every time we opened our eyes. An experience we definitely want to repeat (preferably every year)!

Cons:

The only downside is that we can't spend the whole year here as guests! :-)

Great location
Pros:

Good choice for breakfast and as much as you want. Great location near old town and seafront bars.

Cons:

We were in 1st floor room with sea facing balcony. Great hustle and bustle during the day. It was a little noisy at night, mixture of people, cars, motorbikes and lorries etc. This didn't spoilt it but would recommend trying to get a higher up floor.

wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen und es jedem empfehlen, beste Berliner Grüße
Pros:

Im Eingangsbereich hängt ein Gebäudeplan mit allen Zimmern in allen Etagen aus. Das ist genial und sahen wir noch nie. Wir hatten das Zimmer 37, das ist auf den Bewertungsbildern der grüne Bereich und darin ganz rechts. Schwarz 1. Eage, Blau 2. Etage, Grün (unsere) 3. Etage, Gelb 4. Etage, Pink/Lila 5. Etage. Alle Etagen mit kleinen Fahrstuhl erreichbar (max 3 oder 4 sehr schlanke Personen).
Die 3. Etage hat keine Bestuhlung auf dem Balkon und man kann von ihr frei auf die untere Etage schauen. Welche Etage unser Zimmer haben wird, wussten wir vorher nicht, waren aber trotz der Größe sehr zufrieden.

+ richtig gutes Frühstück (eben Frankreich) in liebevollen Ambiente
+ täglicher perfekter Zimmerservice
+ Kühlschrank mit gefüllter Minibar und klarer Preisliste (wenn auch nicht günstig)
+ Begrüßung im Zimmer mit Sekt und Snacks
+ am ersten Tag 2x Wasser (kostenlos) - aber Leitungswasser ebenfalls problemlos trinkbar
+ Kaffeemaschine mit täglich aufgefüllten Kapseln
+ Wasserkocher mit Teesorten, Zucker/Süßstoffen und Kaffeeweißer
+ Bett ohne Ritze
+ große gemeinsame Bettdecke
+ 230V~ Steckdosen auf jeder Bettseite, wenn auch unter dem Nachttisch (kein USB, also längere Kabel notwendig)
+ Klimaanlage (leise und effektiv)
+ Bad mit Wannendusche
+ gute moderne Fenster, also kein Problem mit der vorbeiführenden Straße oder dem entfernten Flughafen
+ optimale Stadtlage
+ keine Karte für Stromversorgung/Licht notwendig

Cons:

Bei unserer Buchung wurde vom Hotel eine Anzahlung gewünscht. Dieser Wunsch inkl. Zahlungslink kam somit über die Buchunsplattform. Aber, bei Nachrichten von Unterkünften an Gäste werden technisch generell alle Links (egal ob Web oder Mail) aus Sicherheitsgründen entfernt, was man scheinbar im Hotel oder dessen Software nicht weiß. Somit konnte die gewünschte Anzahlung erst nach weiteren Dialogen an der Plattform vorbei - Sicherheitsrisiko, wenn man sich nicht genau mit Prüfungen auskennt! - geleistet werden.
Beachtet ggf. diese Klippe oder wendet Euch nach einer Reservierung gleich direkt an das Hotel, um Betrag, Zahlungsart und Zahlungsziel zu erfahren, damit Eure Reservierung auch wirklich respektiert wird.

- Frühstück wäre auf Wunsch kostenlos im Zimmer möglich, aber wir hatten keinen Tisch dafür (Balkon sowieso zu klein) und uns würde die Vielfalt bei der Auswahl fehlen
- leider keine (Tür)Haken oder ähnliches für Jacken
- im Bad wenig Flächen, aber durch ein kleines Regal noch ok
- technische Probleme im Vorfeld durch diverse entfernte Links in allen Nachrichten
- etwas Sorge bei notwendiger Anzahlung an der Buchungsplattform vorbei

Je connais Nice depuis 2014 et depuis, chaque année, je passe devant le Suisse, et je me dis qu'un jour c'est moi qui serai là à contempler la mer sur un de ces balcons. J'ai pu enfin m'offrir ce luxe, dans le cadre de mon voyage d'anniversaire.
J'ai été TRES TRES BIEN reçue par toute l'équipe, ma chambre était fantastique, et j'ai adoré ma surprise d'ANNIVERSAIRE !
J'ai savouré chaque seconde de mon coucher de soleil sur la baie des Anges, la plage du Castel et le quai des Etats-Unis & Rauba Capeu. Avoir mis des produits Fragonard était aussi une belle découverte ! C'était tellement bien que j'ai dormi avec les rideaux tirés à contempler la mer et la promenade des Anglais une grande partie de la nuit !

Cons:

La seule chambre que je n'ai pas appréciée - et vous n'y êtes pour rien- c'était nos 2 voisines chinoises qui n'arrêtaient pas de faire du bruit pendant la nuit et au petit matin (elles laissaient leur réveil matin en boucle sans l'éteindre). Tout le monde n'est malheureusement pas respectueux de l'endroit et des gens...
mais cela ne m'empêchera pas de revenir vous voir car j'ai adoré être au SUISSE.

La vue imprenable sur la baie de Nice !

Cons:

Déjà ne pensez pas trouvez un parking comme indiqué dans les équipements il n’y en a point … il y en a un à environ 900 metres et nous avons dû payer 45 € pour une nuit et une matinée ensuite la chambre est vraiment petite tout comme la salle de bain ce qui à mon goût est étouffant… même nous étions deux et pour nous préparer c’était un peu galère je trouve le prix excessif

We have stayed at the Hotel Suisse on at least 4 previous occasions. The location is a major plus, as it provides easy access to Old Nice where we spend most of our time
