Delightful and comfy.
Pros:

Quick check in and very comfy bed. Large room. Spacious and modern design. Minimal breakfast included. Would have liked a yogurt and some fruit.

Cons:

Food was okay, but we don’t expect much. Staff should follow servesafe practices when handling food, especially when staff is seen smoking with gloves on that appear to be the same gloves used for handling food. As a food service professional I understand these things are often overlooked- but it’s not an excuse.

Pros:

Everyone was very friendly and professional from thr front desk to the gentleman providing and cleaning up breakfast. They gave me a special rate because I was visiting someone in the hospital.

Cons:

Our room door did not lock and then you can hear everything when I went to check in. I had already paid for my rooms. I wanted to be told that didn’t only pay for one room and not to. They had to call a manager to try to figure out how to fix the situation and I told him I booked two rooms paid for For 2 and then they told me I had to pay again at the front desk because other room hadn’t been paid for so we had to come out of pocket for another room and then I was told that I was was not gonna be charged for cancellation however I got an email from the hotel that they were gonna charge me for cancellation because it was late late and there were fees involved so not very happy at that point
