Easy peasy quiet one night airport stay.,
Pros:

Location close to the airport with shuttle service coming and going was seamless.
Coffee is good, as is the breakfast.
It is suprisingly quiet considering the proximity to the airport.

I don’t enjoyed my stay and I loved the room

Everyone was so nice and there wasn’t a lot of people

Friendly staff nice facilities good location flexible shuttle service. We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was included and offered fresh fruits, turkey sausage, yogurt, nuts, and non dairy milk substitute. Since I’m allergic to dairy products and red meats I appreciated it.

Cons:

The fan in the A/C unit was set at a high speed and couldn’t be adjusted or turned off. Very uncomfortable.

Great employees and convenience near airport
Pros:

As Titanium Elite members of Bonvoy, we travel lots. We stayed at this nice hotel since it is so close to the Richmond airport. They treated us well and gave us a nice upgrade to a suite because of our status. We met several employees who were especially kind and hospitable. Carrie, the breakfast attendant was so personable, competent, and hard-working. Her smile, pleasant personality, and wonderful breakfast gave us a great start to our day! Michelle at the front desk was friendly, personable, and hospitable as she checked us in and made sure our room was up to expectations. She had even been to one of the airport hotels in Florida that we were about to visit, so we enjoyed conversing about the wonderful employees there. At the Richmond airport Fairfield, the nice decor, location, and terrific employees will keep us coming back when we have early or late flights!

Pros:

The property was in the perfect location for an early morning flight out of Richmond. The shuttle runs to accommodate most flights, and the shuttle drivers at night (Todd?) and in the early morning (woman who organizes breakfasts) were super friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and well designed, and it was quiet.
