Room was clean. That's about it.
Pros:

LOcation was good . Room was fine.

Cons:

1) Bed was to hard.... Didn't get a good nights sleep.

2) The breakfast setup was terrible. Eggs ang sausage in a refrigerator ( there were no eggs ). Then you had to mirowave them. I wound up going to the diner for breakfast.

Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The fact that our door lock did not work and somebody came in our room at night. The fact that there was a used towel and a used bar of soap still in the bathroom.

It's a nice stay for the area.
Pros:

The location of this place was perfect for the weekend. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was easy to have a restful night.

Cons:

When I checked in the desk clerk as a bit snarky. It created a tense beginning to our stay. I just avoided the front desk for the rest of the weekend.

Don't book, rooms are in bad shape.
Pros:

The bar/restaurant on site, and the beds were comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The room was a disaster: mold in the bathroom and sink, door damaged; tiled floor broken and lifting, heater/air conditioner full of mold/dust; ceiling tile in the hallway coming down; ice machine not working; message light on phone won't turn off; breakfast offerings were limited and out of stock.

room was large, you could open a window

Cons:

great water pressure but couldn't get it up to the shower head. It just kept pouring out the spout for the tub. room was too expensive, AC very loud! Bathroom fan (which came on with the light) very noisy, would have loved to turn off but didn't want to be in the dark

No wifi in the room, there is wifi on the hallway outside the room, the door is broken on the bottom, you have to wiggle the door handle to get the door to lock correctly, the bathroom ceiling fan was unplugged not working, and a nasty mildew smell in the room

Bad smells, tired old facility.
Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

The building is old and poorly maintained. The smell when we opened the door to our room was awful - moldy and stale. Opening the windows for 8 hours did little to make the odors go away. The bathroom sink didn't drain. The shower wasn't worth using. And the electronic key system failed when we returned from our show at the Bethel Arts Center, so we spent 15 minutes at midnight getting new keys (while we stood in soggy clothes - it rained hard that night).

Overall a miserable place that we'll never go back to again.

Good, basic, conveniently located choice.
Pros:

Bed and room were very comfortable. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Maid was very nice and helpful. Good location for our visits to Bethel Woods. Vending machines were reasonably priced Good coffee machine in lobby

Cons:

Breakfast was sparce some days, with things running out by 7:30. No one around to ask about items.

Only one ice machine was working throughout our entire stay.
