Staff was very nice
It was very hot the day I stayed there and the ac wasn’t working in the room never got refunded for that
I found in the hotel enough place for myself with time to think about nothing and everything to get relax and peace in mind and deep rest in the body. It was exact what I looked for.

It was available for booking and had late check in. Bed was comfortable.
Had to call front desk 4 times before someone answered to confirm I could check in late. Card programming system was down, staff had to let me into my room with a key, and let me back in if I left my room. Mini fridge wasn't working, groceries went bad overnight.
The housekeeping team and the hotel’s location were probably the highlights of my stay. The housekeeping staff were professional, courteous, and maintained the room to a high standard throughout my visit. The location was also convenient and added significantly to the overall experience.
However, I experienced major security concerns and incidents during my visit, which I reported to hotel management. I am patiently awaiting the outcome of their investigation and hope a thorough and transparent review is conducted to restore confidence, ensure accountability, and prevent other guests from experiencing similar situations in the future. The manner in which this matter is handled will significantly influence my overall impression of the hotel and brand.
Location and room
Breakfast options not great, didn’t know it didn’t come with complimentary breakfast, no pool, for the price this a crime.
The chef was very nice. Decent location and bedding. Quiet neighbors.
We thought Breakfast was free of charge, but it was a little embarrassing from someone who came and asked us to pay first to eat. We should be notified at check in so we can prepare for it.

Very clean and comfortable
There was a sports team staying there and they weren’t monitored by parents - I was woken up prior to 0730 by kids running and yelling through the hallway and banging on my door. Not the fault of the property.
Staff was friendly and accommodating, hotel room was clean and had what we needed.
We had an adjoining room, and I noticed that the connecting door was left unlocked. So basically, our room partners could have come in at night, but thankfully I saw it about an hour into being in the room and secured the door. I would have expected it would be locked by default, though.
