The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Cons:

It reeked of cigarettes so strongly that I had to ask for a second room which also smelled so strongly it made me nauseous.

Pros:

Breakfast was terrible. The hot food was reheated all three days I was there not freshly made. I believe that’s a violation. By the third day the sausage was rubbery to the point of not being edible. They had a staff member at the door to prevent anyone from bringing food out if the room. Pastries were old.

Cons:

Staff were fine. Room was fine and comfortable but there was no maid service and no way for me to clean the bathroom. The toilet had low pressure and although I flushed before leaving in the morning, I came back to an unflushed and smelly toilet. The biggest problem was the safety. I was informed not to go out after dark and to drive everywhere. While I appreciate the honesty, that was a big problem as I planned to walk to my conference. They offered to cancel my stay with a one night charge but I did not know if I could get another room somewhere safer. I ended up leaving a day early because it simply was unsafe. I asked for a full refund for the last night but was unsuccessful. I took the loss because I felt so uncomfortable. FYI I traveled to both Cuba and Africa this year and did not feel as unsafe as at this hotel.

Staff was pleasant but I will not return to this location.
Pros:

There was onsite parking available. The room had a king sized bed. They had breakfast but I didn't enter the facility.

Cons:

I was there for multiple nights and the room was never entered into by the cleaning staff. I did not have the trash emptied nor any towels exchanged. The love seat in the room was visibly dirty. There was no stopper in the bathroom sink so I couldn't partially fill up the sink. This meant I had to run the water and waste it unnecessarily. Upon arrival: when I exited the elevator, I immediately smelled raw sewage that dissipated as I walked down the hallway to my room. This was very strong the first night that I checked in. I didn't notify anyone as I had other business to attend to and the smell had improved the next day and the days thereafter. There is a lot of vehicular noise which is out of the hotel's control. The neighborhood is in a depressed area on the outskirt of downtown Cincinnati. There were some homeless people who kept to themselves near the property. Using the excuse that COVID was impacting the ability to provide general housekeeping is not acceptable. I have stayed in a lot of places over the years and can honestly not recommend this location to anyone.

We had an enjoyable stay, thanks!
Pros:

I was pleased with the location and the room was somewhat updated with new bathroom fixtures and the beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast was fine and I was happy they opened at 6 am! No noise from the corridor leaked into the room at all, it was very quiet at night.
We would stay there again

Cons:

The walls in the room were not very fresh looking.
