Great staff, unfortunate building state
Pros:

The room itself was kind of nice, big bed, lots of space, nice curtains and bedding, the lobby was nice

Cons:

Stinky hallways, bad location, outdated garage parking and entrance, difficult to pull into off busy street, dirty bathroom, bad water pressure and the floor got soaked.

Cons:

Property is definitely dated. Notice in room that housekeeping is not provided daily because of “Covid restrictions”. I know many properties don’t provide daily housekeeping these days, but the Covid reasons expired years ago.

Pros:

The location is a little outside the downtown, and I would say that the hotel can do with some updates here and there. But I got some friendly staff, and my room was comfortable. I think the hotel is good enough if you just have a short stay in Cincinnati and you only need a place to sleep.

The bed was like a stone slab. All the ice makers were out. The toilet paper was like using sandpaper. The AC didnt work well.

The bathroom was disgusting. The bottom of the tub was dirty and patchy. There were hairs on the walls and all around the edges of the trim. We went out and bought our own blankets etc bc we didn't feel like we were in a very clean environment.
