We should have paid a little more money for peace of mind and cleanliness.
Pros:

There was free parking and we were able to check in a bit early. There was also a refrigerator and microwave.

Cons:

The building overall was not in good shape. The room itself had stains on the ceiling, broken tile, and the door didn’t work properly. There was no breakfast. The location was in an area that did not feel overly safe or secure.

But it was decently clean and quiet

Cons:

I thought the price was a little much for a one night and the showers were kind of no pressure at all so it took a lot longer and finding an outlet that actually worked to charge my cell phone

Property very old and dated. 1 Elevator didn’t work… so it took forever to get the other one. Paul was scary small and had fungus on top.!!

It's in the hood so there's that.
Pros:

The room and bathroom were clean and plenty of towels

Cons:

The ac wasnt very cold. The restaurant was closed. Elevator was creepy. Hallways were HOT. Ice machine was broken on the 8th floor.
