Great hotel, convenient location.
Pros:

The too was clean and spacious. The hotel has a gym and a pool with free access. Good breakfast, front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was convenient for me and I feel safe during my stay. Maids were absolutely professional and kind. Thank you. 🙏

Pros:

Location was perfect as it was close to interstates to get through Cincinnati conveniently.

I also loved having free parking for a hotel.

The breakfast was good. The waffles were good and convenient.

Cons:

The bathroom was tiny.

The bathtub wasn't clean.

The room seemed a bit dated.

Very noise location. Lots of homeless people around hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good and the staff taking care of the breakfast area were very clean, and all the food items were always fresh.

Cons:

The room has a lot dirt in the corners of the room. The hotel hallways were outdated. However we always returned to a made up bed and the bathroom had new towels.

Over priced based on condition.
Pros:

Was a safe place to stop for the night. Was in proximity to Cincinnati Hard Rock

Cons:

Hotel greatly needs to be updated. While the room was comfortable, there was cracks in the bathroom walls as well as peeling paint. The drapes are so old, the backing is worn in places and lets the light come though in the morning. Quite disturbing if you're a late sleeper.

Cons:

The place feels like they are going out of business and haven’t maintained the building for the past 10 years. It is literally falling apart. Also, not enough parking for everybody staying there.

If you are in any way a clean freak, do not stay here. It is not clean.
Pros:

Really the only good thing was the bed was comfortable and clean, the place was quiet and the fridge in the room worked well.

Cons:

Pretty run down place, public areas are hot and quite smelly, the room is tired, carpet peeling, ceiling tiles lifting up etc.

Consider another place to stay
Pros:

The staff was friendly

Cons:

The hotel was dark dingy. There was people outside the facility lingering maybe homeless the room was horrendous. Electrical wiring split didn’t touch the lamp because I was afraid of electrocuting myself. The room showed many signs of where and tear like the chair was filthy. You could sit in it so I had to put a towel on it. The curtains were worn you can light was coming through the curtains, not from the gap from the tears and the curtains, the rug was tattered around it. When you walk in, you can see where it’s all tore up. There was the walls were dirty all kind of smeared and stuff on the walls. The window was so dirty. You could barely see out of it this hotel needs to be closed and renovated quickly. The bed was made up well and no signs of bedbugs. The bathroom was dirty. It was not worth it and I want a full refund.

Great place. Just avoid room 914.
Pros:

Clean, tidy. Hot water. Friendly staff. Yummy breakfast. 25 minute walk into downtown and the ballparks.

Cons:

Would have scored higher if it wasn’t for the extremely noisy aircon. Sounded like a plane engine. Can’t believe it hasn’t been previously reported. Room 914.
