Pros:

Breakfast was less than average.

Cons:

No phone in the room! We could only enter through the front door. Rear door could not be entered using the room key!
Strange odor noticed in the lobby. High cost for poor quality!

A dirty hotel with minimal staff and little to no concern for guest experience.
Pros:

the Lobby was nicely remodeled and the location was great in terms of being close to Paycor Stadium.

Cons:

We were woken up by staff at 2am with pounding on our door, just to "confirm" our last name on the reservation. The rooms were old, dirty, and out of bathroom products. Our room was not even cleaned or touched for the couple nights we stayed there and made sure our Do Not Disturb sign was NOT visible. Would never stay here again.

HELPFUL STAFF MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE
Pros:

This hotel delivers much more than you usually expect at a Holiday Inn. The room with a view of the Ohio river was small, but comfortable and quite up-to-date . Breakfast was also better than average, but the most noticeable thing was the hospitality of the staff. BETH and Carla at the front desk were particularly welcoming and helpful. The pool was very comfortable and clean with generous hours.

Good location. For 1 night it was fine more than that it would have been disappointing

Had to ask for bedding for the pull out coach. They didn’t have the bedding we were only given 2 sheets.

Completely overpriced for an outdated and under maintained hotel.
Pros:

The location was close to our event.

Cons:

Due the quality of the hotel we decided not to eat breakfast at the hotel. There was no available staff housekeeping wasn’t available at the appropriate times Sunday we were woke up 3 hours prior to check out which disrupted our rest. There wasn’t any soap toilet paper and enough clean towels and wash cloths. Also bathroom sink wash clogged and the overall cleanness wasn’t acceptable. If we would have seen the rooms in advance we wouldn’t have booked at this hotel. The pictures of the lobby look amazing which is kinda like theft by deception. We will never stay at this hotel again.

Good location. Close to where we needed to be.

Cons:

Curtains did not close all the way and there were no blinds. Light from parking lot shined in all night and sunlight took over at dawn. There needs to be a way to block out light for sleeping.

Great hotel for the price you pay! Definitely returning!
Pros:

Many fast food options nearby and walking distance. Pool was very clean. I didn't use the gym but it had your basic equipment. Wifi connection was pretty quick as well. I very much appreciated the good quality shampoo/conditioner they provided "Dove" as well as hand soap and lotion. Air conditioner was great too and the beds are really comfortable! Free ice/water and coffee in lobby.

Cons:

There is no security in entrance/lobby, anyone can just walk in and go inside the hotel. The shower drain seemed clogged because the water would puddle up. The pool towels were damp so i had to lay them out to dry before heading inside the pool.
