Coffee maker didn’t work. Room was dingy.
The location on the Ohio river with views of the bridges and Cincinnati was very nice.
This place is a mess. In our room, the sink didn’t drain, the desk chair was broken, there was no coffee maker, though there was coffee and all of the fixings for it, it was just a mess and needs a major overhaul.
The hotel staff was lovely.
The property needs a lot of love. It doesn’t seem clean but it could be the dated carpeting. Bathroom was new and very nice. There was too much dust and a strong smell of cannabis was prevalent in our room at times? The trains are very loud as is the traffic on the riverside. We were not given breakfast vouchers at check-in. We were inconvenienced to provide the vouchers from the front desk or pay $10.??. That’s crazy. Almost everyone had to get vouchers they should have been given at check-in.
The staff was very welcoming and helpful, had an early check in with no issues and greeted with nothing but smiles.
The rooms are so quaint and comfortable, the bed was absolutely amazing and comfortable.
Smart move with the Dove bottles.
My only complaint is the Pool Area
*Unsanitary
*Invest In an Indoor pool area, especially for whenever it rains
Shower was great..beds comfortable.
Breakfast staff were nice
Room seemed crowdef
Got two dirty rooms had to cancel still no refund.
The rooms were filthy
I was the bus driver for a high school group and the way they welcomed us and took care of us was amazing . The staff went out of their way to make it a good experience for us
Everything is good
The staff was the best part of my stay.
The breakfast was poor quality. The location was sketchy. Police were called for a nake man in the bathroom who was drunk.
Location
Bed was uncomfortable and blinds are not designed to close all the way
Chris at the service desk genuinely cared
The hotel room looked like it was from 1976… old phone yellowed, cracks in the wall, lights out on the hallways, cracks in the lights, flooding showers, ac/heat broken, broken dresser drawers.
Breakfast was less than average.
No phone in the room! We could only enter through the front door. Rear door could not be entered using the room key!
Strange odor noticed in the lobby. High cost for poor quality!
the Lobby was nicely remodeled and the location was great in terms of being close to Paycor Stadium.
We were woken up by staff at 2am with pounding on our door, just to "confirm" our last name on the reservation. The rooms were old, dirty, and out of bathroom products. Our room was not even cleaned or touched for the couple nights we stayed there and made sure our Do Not Disturb sign was NOT visible. Would never stay here again.
This hotel delivers much more than you usually expect at a Holiday Inn. The room with a view of the Ohio river was small, but comfortable and quite up-to-date . Breakfast was also better than average, but the most noticeable thing was the hospitality of the staff. BETH and Carla at the front desk were particularly welcoming and helpful. The pool was very comfortable and clean with generous hours.
