Great customer service, location and facilities
Noise from other guests. Shower breaking on first use but sorted very quickly
Fantastic central location close to sea front and marina
Lift out of action however service lift available, room quite dusty , hot evening air cooling unit very old noisy and not efficient . Bathroom good however shower valve hanging off the wall
Beautiful , very clean hotel . The breakfast was plentiful and very good.
The staff were good and very friendly. The location was excellent with lots of places to eat within walking distance.
The bedroom felt old and tired. The bed was rather small and everything felt shabby. The air conditioner was so loud it kept us awake, but you couldn’t open a window so we had to leave it on. The tea and coffee in the room were very disappointing and were not pleasant to drink.

Great location
A random women that was not staying in the hotel was sat on the chairs before the main entrance, totally wasted and had been seen urinating in the walkway from the beach to the car park minutes before sitting in the hotel reception for the whole afternoon

It didn't quite sparkle like other Marriots we've been in.
£200 per evening seemed pricey for the room.
No bottled water and tea bags weren't replenished.
On checkout I found out we could have asked for water, however, we were unaware of this.
