I spilled my drink in the bar, nothing was too much trouble for the friendly bar man
Water bottles in fridge on arrival and a coffee machine would have been nice extra touches

Tv was a bit tempermental.
The location was perfect. Easy to get to the beach and into town.
The bar shut too early. There were a lot of customers and we were staying at the hotel but they shut it anyway. It also needs a bit of tlc as was looking a bit tired.
The staff and location are excellent.
Rooms are clean and comfortable with great TV and nice views.
Breakfast is always delicious.
We have stayed here quite a lot over the years and never had any issues, and we are booked in to stay again at the end of June and the end of August.
I really don't like the artwork - I know it's only a small thing but in the rooms it's pictures of people with disjointed or overlaid sections, I really dislike it ; I once used the linen bag just to cover it up. Swansea has some wonderful locations ; perhaps some nice photos of the local area instead?
Easy to find with free parking. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a chain hotel.
Slightly tied bathroom
The staff make the place. Very helpful indeed. The rooms are very pleasant and the beds excellent.
I have a viceral hatred for piped music and at breakfast it is on all the time. The staff did turn it down but it was still awful.
The location is superb and the friendliness of the staff. The room was very comfortable and extremely quiet.
In our first room the air conditioning was not working and it was not possible to open the window. The staff were excellent and allowed us to quickly change rooms, hence the issue was quickly addressed.
Room was clean and tidy; the bed was very comfortable
it was a long walk to the room from reception, breakfast was okay the evening meal in the restaurant was a little overpriced considering there was a service charge added.
I asked for a ground floor or accessible room. I was allocated a ground-floor room as requested.
The staff were friendly and responsive.
The room was smaller than the room I thought I had booked. The shower was over the bath which was not suitable for needs
However, as it was for one night only I didn't feel the need to try to re-organise.
The menu in the restaurant was very limited.
Breakfast was buffet-style, and whilst the fresh fruit etc was very good, the cooked breakfast was quite poor. the bacon was cool, some portions were inaccessible as the tureens,with very heavy lids, were too far away to reach safely and comfortably. There was no one on hand to serve.
A fantastic hotel in a great location, easy to park, great staff who had the attitude that nothing was a problem. Amazing breakfast (you have to try the bacon, cockle and lava bread omelette). Our room had a view of the marina but the beach was just the other side of there car park.

Lifts out of order and cobwebs in room! Windows in restaurant need cleaning urgently Breakfast was good but hot food layout was cramped. Whole hotel needs an update especially the bathrooms.
