Room was comfy and clean. Breakfast was ample and a great choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was located next to the beach area and marina that had a few bars and restaurants. Very convenient location if you are going to see a show at the Swansea Arena and only a 10 minute walk to the city centre. On site carpark that can be paid for at reception.

Nice breakfast and breakfast lady very friendly and welcoming.
Evening bar staff seemed very slow or/and bored. Even though it was very quiet and just few guests around, it took for a while for them to come out from back room to serve.
Food quite expensive, taking in consideration its very basic fish and chips or pizza.
Didn't get why there was added service charge, I don't mind to tip when service is great and I usually do, but in this case wasn't service at all.
I wouldn't recommend bar.

just under £17,00pp for breakfast if you didnt book it the night before, and my Wife is not a big eater at breakfast time. No toilet brush in the bathroom. paying for parking each day not good either
The location was good and in site parking was also good.
The beds were seriously uncomfortable and too small for a double. The hotel overall was dark and gloomy. Breakfast was a fiasco, condiments running out, 15 minute wait for orders and then 3 came out at once. Coffee is atrocious. Reception desk was always busy, had to queue. Basically like an unfunny faulty towers.
