Fantastic staff, awful bed and no sleep
Pros:

The staff were really amazing, food was hot on room service, good drinks selection in the bar.

Cons:

Bed was extremely hard, extractor in bathroom didn't shut off all night, some slightly firmer pillows as an option. I think the thing I most looked forward to was a sumptuous king bed, thick quilt, reasonable pillow selection, especially under the Marriott brand. Sadly I had very little sleep.

We enjoyed our one night stay & would recommend this hotel
Pros:

Staff were friendly & helpful. The room was very clean. Although we didn’t go to the beach, it is on the seafront. Breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

We thought we only had one bath towel & one hand towel between us but when we mentioned it in the morning we were told the second set was in a drawer, in the cupboard underneath the TV ?!? Why ?!?

Great location & staff but windows need replacing
Pros:

The staff were very helpful & cheery. The location is fab, right next to the beach. Also has ample parking.

Cons:

The windows in the rooms are very dated & in my daughters room, the window didn't shut properly so there was a draft. The heating was also noisy so could not sleep with the heating on. The duvets were very thin so I was cold during the night.
