I have found this hotel to be a gem within Northern Ohio. The hotel staff and management team are highly accommodating, with customer service and meticulous attention to detail being their foremost priorities. The rooms are well-appointed, although they could benefit from the addition of USB ports. The facility offers ample space suitable for conventions and is notably family-friendly, featuring a splendid pool, hot tub, and dedicated play area for children. The room rates are exceptional and include breakfast and Chef Joe created meals that would rival any 3 Star restaurant. This hotel offers a multitude of amenities and advantages. During my tenure as Convention Director for a statewide international organization, I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, attentive service, and seamless transition processes. Consequently, I have decided to extend my organization’s conference to future years.

The hotel is a good place to take your family and kids for some fun and to get out house really clean great service . I go every year the only problem I have with this place they do not give you your security deposit back at all they say after check out between 3 to 5 business days your money will be back on card it’s been almost 2 weeks and still have not got my money back and this is not the first time it happened. Every time you call they say it will be in there this day or that day. To me this place takes from people and that is not right. And also we didn’t leave no mess or break nothing in the rooms!!! Do better !!!

The atrium area with the pool and hot tub also had mini gold and an arcade.

Clean; quiet; good location; good breakfast.

Overall we had a good time. A bit pricey for two rooms. A bit outdated but overall clean. Pool walls need cleaned. The pool is 3,5,7 and 9ft. Please dont leave your kids unsupervised in the water if you know they cant swim. No lifeguards! Wristbands arent the greatest idea as far as how they do it. People should be able to have guests for the entertainment center up to a certain number with a charge for the wristband. And they leave once party is over. Smart tvs would go a long way. And clean the balcony tables etc on a regular basis. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy to navigate once you kearn the halls. Breakfast was good. Kids loved making their own waffles. Parents need to be mindful of their kids. Alot of unsupervised kids resulted in some rowdiness so to speak. All races in case anybody wants to think otherwise.

Convenient for my needs.

Started by having our ice bucket had water, cigarette butts in it because the tenant before us must have smoked in the room and cleaner didn’t catch that. Toilet screamed every time it was flushed. There were Kids running and screaming, no staff or parents holding anyone accountable. Weed smokers were everywhere. I was pretty sure breakfast was at 6 and we needed to get on the road at 6:15, to be told that breakfast didn’t start that day til 6:30. Was not a good stay.

We really enjoyed our one-night stay at this hotel. If you’re traveling with kids, don’t hesitate to book — it’s a fantastic family-friendly spot! The pool, hot tub, indoor playground, and game room made it so much fun for our little one. We picked up food from the Mexican restaurant across the street and ate in the atrium while the kids played. The continental breakfast was also very good, which made our stay even better. Such a great place for families to relax and recharge.

We had a very nice stay here. The bed was very comfortable and they were kind enough to allow me to check-in early because of a medical issue. The breakfast menu was ok too.

The room was out dated. Had just an old odor to it. Other than that it was okay. Decent breakfast and close to national park. For the price it was fine.

Meets minimum standards. Not much more to say.

Nice, indoor & outdoor pool, hot tub, indoor playground, indoor putt putt, huge game room and continental breakfast. Room clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.
