Pros:

Room was clean and comfy

Cons:

They charged me extra fee for nothing. My checked in and out were on time. Didn’t eat or drink simply just stay. I’ve been asking them to send me invoice, however, they never send me one

Pros:

The staff, friendly, attentive and they remember return clients

Cons:

The spike in price due to a convention in Anaheim, almost double of what is the usually the week day rate! I stay there weekly and thought is was a little outrageous

Terrible front desk staff, dirty rooms, good breakfast
Pros:

I liked the breakfast. The room is spacious and the restaurant bar lady was kind.

Cons:

The lobby and elevator smells too strongly of cologne. They need to stop spraying that. The guy that checked us in was terrible, didn’t give us any information about our stay, no info about where the gym or pools were, no info about our breakfast that was included, no info about parking. When we went to get breakfast the next day, the bar lady had to tell redirect us back to front desk to get our vouchers that the front desk guy never gave us. Also, our room was dirty: there were old false lashes on the floor by the mirror so the cleaning staff likely did not sweep or mop the floors. There’s also brown spots near the toilet below the sink. Also $39/day for parking is ridiculous.
