Pros:

Very friendly staff that went above and beyond to make us feel welcome as we were celebrating my niece's birthday.
Loved using the pool.

Cons:

I was disappointed that the price I was quoted wasn't what I paid during check out. When I booked it said total $167, but at check out they charged me extra $22-23 bucks for taxes. They need to be honest to begin with.

My stay was great. The property was as described. My only issue was parking.
Pros:

Very clean. Nice to come back to the room and it’s clean, beds were made, bathroom was clean with clean towels and wash clothes.

Cons:

The cost of parking was a bit excessive. I spent $117 to park my rental car for 3 night. This would be the one reason that I might not stay here again.

Terrible, painful, unhealthy.
Pros:

Your mattresses is as old as Izenhour , so dirty and old , you have to go to the chiropractor the second morning, advise to management, go through garage sale and you will feel nd better mattresses.
It was a waste of my hard earning money.that your establishment doesn’t deserve. It’s very sad to get fooled by the size of the building and think it’s a good hotel.

It’s a shame, terrible, I left with back pain.

Cons:

The mattress, they even upgraded me to the 14 th floor, it was the same shit .
