Pros:

I liked the bedroom size and how comfortable the beds were.

Cons:

My reservation had breakfast included but when I arrived at the property there was a sign letting guests know that the restaurant was closed for a private event so the other guests wouldn't have any breakfast option.
They Didn't refund anything or provide any voucher for us as an option.

The swimming pool water was really cold.

There was a guest next door making a lot of noise after 10:00 p.m. more than once.

We booked two rooms for to adults, a child, two grandparents, and I wouldn't recommend these hotel for a family. They treated us as if we were not important at all as they had a bigger event happening there.

Pros:

Room had garbage from previous customer. Hallways not clean. Appeared to have updated downstairs area, but two rooms we stayed in we in need of updating

It was comfy, safe and good for a family trip. Very close to downtown
Pros:

The location is amazing and very nice staff, the pool too was really nice

Cons:

Some rooms are not renovated and not the cleanest which was our first room then we asked for a different one and they accommodated us right away with a renovated one which was super clean

Location, comfy bed & pillows, clean bathroom

Cons:

Some food on the ground next to the bed did not get vacuumed before I checked in. . Infact a few of us were there in different rooms and never saw cleaning crew with vacuum cleaners.
The paid breakfast on our first morning the buffet was cold. I guess the burners were not turned on. We ate cold eggs, potatoes, & bacon. We did mention it to staff.

Never go back, way fair worst experience with Holiday inn hotel brand
Pros:

On the positive side, the property does have a music club on site, a large free parking lot with plenty of available spots, and the common areas look clean and newly renovated. Unfortunately, these few positives were overshadowed by the issues we experienced during our stay.

Cons:

I’m extremely disappointed with my stay. The staff was unbelievably rude from the front desk at check‑in to the team at breakfast. I booked a family reservation for 2 adults and 2 kids, with breakfast included, yet during check‑in I was told they would only issue 2 breakfast vouchers per day and that “nothing could be done,” and I should contact Booking.com myself. When I tried to understand why, both the attendant and the manager completely ignored what I was saying and kept pushing for a credit card for the security deposit instead of addressing the issue. Booking.com was contacted, and sent them an email for resolution, but again they ignored the email and did not reply to it.

Breakfast was just as bad. The moment my family and I walked in a senior attendant spoke to us rudely right as we were trying to take our seats. It was embarrassing and unnecessary.

To conclude, my family was placed in a room where, the moment we opened the curtains, we were staring directly at a concrete wall. That was our “view” for the entire stay literally nothing but a wall.
