Pros:

When booking the receptionist didn’t have my information correct stating that I didn’t have a booking wasn’t listening to any got my name mixed with my father who was on the booking

That we had to pay for a breakfast that wasn’t good

Pretty basic, convenient location
Pros:

Breakfast was basic, loved that the eggs were free range but they were cold the 3 days we were there. Could not accommodate gluten free. Coffee was good, they left the carafe on the table, loved that. Selection was adequate if not impressive.

Cons:

The part of the hotel where we stayed was in need of renovation and better cleaning.

A very pleasant stay
Pros:

Breakfast was solid and plentiful, the hotel was easy to locate, it was close to facilities, the rooms were well-appointed and dining staff went out of their way to refill our water bottles when we couldn't find the water/ice vending machines

Hold the reservation
Pros:

Location was great to our destination

Cons:

Well we booked in advance and needed two beds. Didn’t get two beds. The staff was nice enough to change to a king with a pull out couch but it was not what we reserved.

Could Have Been Five Stars
Pros:

I stayed here last night while attending a baseball card show in town. The property is nice and there is ample parking (unlike at the field house where the show took place). Checking in and out was easy. The room was clean and nice. There was a room safe, which I like. The elevator was quick and accessible as needed. What I did NOT like, and the reason for four stars only, was the restaurant situation. The web site shows a really good menu for breakfast and for dinner. I found out upon checking in that the "Restaurant" was really a night club with a cover charge for what most likely was a loud band or DJ. The real kicker was at breakfast when I was informed that it was buffet ONLY. Since I eat a very light breakfast, I had to pass and go without breakfast. There is no place nearby where you can get this except across the highway with a Bob Evans. Sites should not show things that they do not have. That would keep me from staying here again.

Cons:

There was a big stain on the carpet in our room when we first walked in. The wallpaper, carpet, and furniture were outdated. Someone spilled ice-cream or something in the middle elevator and it wasn't cleaned up, so people were tracking it into the hallway. The carpet in the hallway is buckling and is a tripping hazard. We were there for 3 nights and were not offered housekeeping service or fresh towels.

Location was very convenient.

Cons:

Staff was inconsistent in its hospitality. Also reportedly they had a large party/event during our stay. They ran out of extra towels, cups and coffee. While apologetic - we paid for the same service as they did.
