Cons:

There was a big stain on the carpet in our room when we first walked in. The wallpaper, carpet, and furniture were outdated. Someone spilled ice-cream or something in the middle elevator and it wasn't cleaned up, so people were tracking it into the hallway. The carpet in the hallway is buckling and is a tripping hazard. We were there for 3 nights and were not offered housekeeping service or fresh towels.

Location was very convenient.

Cons:

Staff was inconsistent in its hospitality. Also reportedly they had a large party/event during our stay. They ran out of extra towels, cups and coffee. While apologetic - we paid for the same service as they did.

My saying is that I am here for a good time not a long time and this facility allowed me to live up to that motto.

Pros:

I have stopped at this hotel with my work they pay for the room probably 5 times I am guessing over the last like 8 years! This place only gets worse each time the lobby isn’t the worst but no breakfast at all at this location! My friend was approached by a hooker at the hotel bar so nice environment! Then the room we had smelled worse than an ashtray or an old bowling alley my throat hurt I the morning! The rooms look like last redone when they opened the place the beds where made a sheets appeared clean but other than that stop somewhere else. Holiday inn take your name off this hotel I have had plenty of holiday inns that are nice this one pass on by do not stop!

Nice area to stay in, staff was friendly.
Pros:

Location was great, not in a super busy area.

Cons:

The carpets in the halls could use an upgrade, there were ridges that made it hard to wheel luggage. Rooms could use an update as well
