Avoid this Hotel like the plague
Pros:

Checking in was a disaster. The parking is so confusing with no signs. After 20 minutes I found a place to park and went to check in. The elevators work horribly. You have to hold in the button the whole time or it doesn’t move. After a long check in ( and I was the only one checking in at the time) I was told I need to go back downstairs and put a parking permit on the dash board. I finally got to my room and it is horrible. The 1960’s want their room back. The walls in the shower are dirty, it has a small bathtub. Hasn’t be updated on 30 years. The TV doesn’t work. When I called the front desk I was told there is no maintenance and if I want a working TV I need to go back downstairs and go to another room. Then she hung up on me. After traveling cross country with a few delays, that was the last thing I wanted to do, especially after I had already settled in to the room. Totally rundown with nasty people

Pros:

The hotel was easy to access & seemed to be recently renovated with updated furnishings. The front desk staff at check-in was less than enthusiastic, but efficient at her job. Breakfast was good--a nice little spread! We were only there for 1 night, so the room served its purpose just fine. Large room with a lot of empty space, which was kind of odd, but likely a result of the recent renovations.

Cons:

$15 for parking in an unsecured parking lot seemed unnecessary. I also didn't like that the elevator from the parking basement did not require a key card to access, so anybody could have come up into the hotel.

Overall accommodations. Location to where we needed to go

Cons:

Front Desk agent was not to inviting. This was our 1st time here expected to be greeted with a more friendly demeanor. Next year we expect to go back to the area and have our family stay there with us as they stayed elsewhere. Hope its a different experience when we all check in. Overall beautiful hotel very comfortable stay!

I think there is a bad smell throughout the property and I could also smell cigarette smoke in the hallways. I don’t know where this smell is coming from. We had to extend our stay because of weather and moved to another hotel nearby which was the same price and a much better hotel.

There was no internet during my stay, which caused significant inconvenience, including disruption to an online meeting I needed to attend.

Despite multiple communications with the front desk, the issue was never resolved.

Given the impact on my stay and productivity, I kindly request a refund for 2 nights.

Very relaxing and pleasant.
Pros:

The lady at the front desk, was very nice and pleasant and very patient. The breakfast the next morning, was very good and tasty. Everything was hot and fresh.

Cons:

I don't think a gas should pay for parking. As long as they have proof that they are there for the nights and they pay for the room, we shouldn't pay for parking just give us a parking pass. What's America
