The staff was very friendly and took care of an error promptly. Our original room was unavailable for some reason so they upgraded us and also allowed an early check in. Our room was clean and we liked the blackout blinds.
The TV didn’t work very well. We only got a few channels. There were people making racket at the pool after 9pm. I honestly feel that the pool area should close sometime around 7-8 pm to insure guests aren’t disturbed while trying to sleep. The breakfast was just ok, but it was nice that they offered sugar free syrup.

Room was clean and decent sized. Staff after long deliberation did manage to meet my request.
Staff tried to charge me for service dog until I informed them that’s against the law. They continued to push a pet liability form that also had illegal by laws on it for a service dog. I think they believed because they wrote “service dog” in pen at the top of the page it would somehow make me feel better about it.
Our room keys continued to disable themselves multiple times in our 2 day stay. We aren’t the only customer with the same problem.
Lastly they admitted their WiFi was so poor, 80% of the TV’s functions were irrelevant. In fact the channels wouldn’t even pop up on the menu.
Lastly I find the 15 dollar a day parking fee to be ridiculous

The hotel overall was quite good — the room was clean and comfortable, and the stay was generally pleasant.
However, one major inconvenience was the TV. It only worked with a limited number of preset channels. It was not possible to connect to YouTube, access the internet, or even connect a cable or external device to the TV.
In today’s time this feels very outdated and quite inconvenient for guests who may want to watch their own content or stream something.
All went well, great Front Desk folks, room very nice, big and roomy and breakfast was great. There was one issue and that was the TV. I could not get any locak channels, like ABC, CBS, ABC, etc. just a couple of channels would come up, like the History Channel, etc.............I did call the Front Desk, and she came in, but was unable to help. I suppose she could have had a Tech Person come in, but since we were only in the room an hour or so, befor we went out to dinner, then slept one night I didn't really care about the TV.
