Great couple of days in a beautiful city.
Pros:

Great location. Comfortable room and plentiful breakfast. Superb service from Eve on reception who helped out with a number of queries. She spoke superb English and was very friendly and professional.

Hotel très bien situé, proche de la place du Capitole, parking à prix réduit grâce à l'hôtel.
Nous avions des vélos qu'ils ont stockés dans un salon.

Nice hotel in the centre of Toulouse
Pros:

The hotel is right at the centre, and the staff are very nice. We had two interconnecting rooms which served us really well. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but the restaurant looks quite nice. Rooms are moderately sized. There is a luggage room where one can leave the luggage (before or after check-out).

Cons:

There wasn't anything we didn't like. If we had to nit-pick, it would be that cleanliness could be improved (especially in areas that are not immediately visible) and the soap dispenser in one of the rooms was empty and wasn't refilled on arrival, however this did not affect our holiday.

We had a fabulous 2 night stay in Toulouse in May, 2026.
Pros:

Lovely staff, location excellent, breakfast very good.
Eve, receptionist was exceptional- very welcoming, upgraded us to a lovely quiet room. Access from hotel to most of the cultural landmarks so simple. Several restaurants in Capitole Plaza & St. George’s square on your doorstep.
