AC was nice during the heat wave. Spacious and clean rooms. Walking distance to all the city center. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Beds were hard and uncomfortable. One bed was broken (mattress dipping) on one side. Breakfast options were ok, not great.

Beautiful building in central Toulouse. Safe, clean, comfy beds

Cons:

No big issue but asked for milk twice for my coffee in my room and it never came. Tea and coffee supplied but no milk. Fresh milk in the fridge would have been great. (Or even those little cartons )
