Awful
Cons:

We had booked the restaurant for our evening meal. We were robbed during the meal and the hotel told us that it was not their responsibility because the restaurant was franchised. There is no security at the hotel entrance so people that are not booked into the hotel can pass to the restaurant without any challenge, witch allowed the thieves to walk through the hotel and steal our property.

Chambre et localisation excellent
Pros:

Très bien situé, chambre grande et très bien aménagée avec vue sur la place (328)

Cons:

L'accès en voiture : une catastrophe : pas de place devant, accès au centre-ville : un cauchemar. Obligé de faire 30 minutes de route entre le devant de l'hôtel et l'entrée du parking pourtant situé à 100 mètres ! IL faut mettre en prison ceux qui ont organisé la circulation dans le centre de Toulouse. Absence de bagagiste et de voiturier.

Tout a été simple et efficace grâce au personnel très professionnel.
Lit très confortable chambre spacieuse rien à redire

Cons:

Le débit internet un peu faible pour visionner films sur ma tablette mais bon internet fonctionne bien pour utilisation dites normale 😁

Hôtel très bien situé. Chambre confortable. Le parking capitole à 16 euros 50 est un plus. Petit déjeuner bon. Bonne literie.

Pros:

Certain que l’emplacement au cœur de Toulouse est son plus grand atout;
Chambre spacieuse et calme coté patio;
Aucun bruits de voisinage , on dort bien !

Cons:

Écran télévision trop bas et un peu loin du lit;
Baignoire… serait préférable une douche;
Petit déjeuner catastrophique, embouteillage le dimanche dû à une salle exiguë et un service défectueux (manque de matériel servi au compte goutte et en demandant). Le tarif exagéré de 19€ !
