uniquement l’emplacement

Cons:

un petit déjeuner trop cher et très peu varié, des chambres avec une moquette poussiéreuse idem pour tous les endroits communs : lobby et salles.
Un personnel très peu souriant limite désagréable.
le service en chambre est quasiment inexistant.
Un bar dans le lobby et celui du 14eme étage qui ferment à 23h les serveurs étaient au demeurant sympathiques.
Bref cet hôtel manque de chaleur humaine de la part du personnel voir de la direction
on n’a pas envie d’y rester

Comfort and frustration. Beautiful views and spacious rooms, but cleanliness and service lacked!
Pros:

I absolutely loved the spacious room, the balcony, and the stunning view. The bathroom was beautiful and generously sized, adding to the overall comfort. Everything felt clean and well-maintained. Overall, I’d rate my experience an 8 out of 10.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. We had to get the shower head replaced, and the furniture looked worn and outdated. Another major inconvenience was having to wait almost an hour at checkout just to get a broom to clean up rose petals so we wouldn’t be charged. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations.

Great experience and accomodating staff
Pros:

They were very accomodating with my late check in and late check out. The staff was very friendly and undersanding. And the cookies are delicious!

Cons:

I parked in the Pentagon Eads lot because I didn't know where to park or if there was a fee.

Pros:

I was not clear on the breakfast set-up. I paid when I booked the room but I was not aware I should have received breakfast vouchers until after I purchased from the Cafe. I inquired at the front desk, they apologized. The menu should be more detailed for customers to know information more detailed prior to using the online sites.

Pros:

The location was the only good thing.

Cons:

Room was dirty. Mostly everything was broken. And if you don’t book through them they say the cannot reimburse you only comp breakfast which is not good.
