It’s an old property, but well conserved and every thing was excellent: cleanness, furniture disposal, staff, meals, etc.

Overall stay was fine, disappointed in parking price and the room.
Pros:

The lobby and access to all the food options was great.

Cons:

I booked a room with a king size bed (and roll in shower on accident). The front desk asked if I needed the roll in shower, I explained no and it was an accident. She asked if she could change my room- of course I said yes. I expected to be in a room with a king size bed and was out in a room with two smaller beds and the AC did not get the room cold. The room was hot the entire stay but I did not tell front desk because we were there for such a short stay.

Me cobraron un cargó dé $55.00 dólares por parqueo y $100.00 dólares de depósito 🛅 y no me devolvieron ninguno de los 2 y ésto supuestamente estaba incluído en el precio de la habitación.... no estoy conforme... gracias

Awesome Visit!
Pros:

The Doubletree Crystal city is an awesome place to stay and the service is great.. Thank you to my new friends: Joy, Kemari, Marcos, Jennifer, John, Brian and Heisy. They all made a huge difference in my visit. I was here for work, but they all made me feel right at home and i am super grateful! Be sure to stop by Skydome, the food and views aee wonderful, Connie will make sure you are taken care of!
