Great amenities, good family location, rooms large and comfortable.
In dire need of some updating, balcony railings rusted and peeling. Painting needs to be done, a lot of peeling and soiled walls in hallways. Stayed mid week and restaurant/lounge was not open.
Staff were wonderful, food was delicious, the hotel was clean. We had a small issue with our room, but the manager took care of it for us.
The mattress on the pull out sofa was super thin so you could feel all the springs through it. Thankfully my son can sleep on anything so it wasn’t an issue and we were only there for one night.

The hot tub was only for adults, so we couldn't use it as a family.

Randy the manager was awesome, he went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. All the staff actually were pretty wonderful. The amenities were also wonderful.
The bedding could definitely use an upgrade.

*** Update to my review of 10/28/2024***
We were once again assigned this hotel for a hockey tournament, and I had high hopes that the experience would be better this time. Two years ago, the manager had assured me that improvements were being made. However, to my disappointment, nothing has changed or improved since then. To make matters worse, the price has also increased significantly.
Our room was dusty, with several red stains resembling blood on the carpet. The old pillows and sheets need replacement. The bathroom vanity light flickers and is broken. I’ve attached pictures.
The only positive thing was that the front desk staff were friendly and attentive during our check-in and check-out.
The hotel is overpriced, and the management should prioritize improving the quality of their offerings. I hope I don't have to go back to this hotel, there are many better options
I didn't make breakfast time.
Honestly it wasn't nothing I didn't like, they extended my stay with no hesitation or issues. I love that you can drive to the other side of the hotel to enter instead of traveling through the whole hotel.
