Pros:

The property is HUGE it is a little dated but well kept and very clean. The rooms are big and spacious and beds are comfy. Staff is super friendly as well

Pros:

I loved everything, great service from the staff, always helpful and kind. The room was clean, the bed linen was clean, I am very picky about bed linen and this was the first hotel I stayed in and had no problems with the bed linen. The location is close to everything, I loved the pool! Without a doubt, my family and I will be back.

Cons:

Children screaming and banging things in the next room, but it's not the hotel's fault. For me and my family, everything was great.

Pros:

Easy to find. Rooms were big.

Cons:

Looked like skeleton staff. No bar open. Indoor swimming pool looked like it needed a full clean. The water was super unclean. The rooms were very very tired and in need of immediate decoration and renovation. Wall paper falling of the wall, bathrooms dated and dangerous when using the shower. Plug sockets hanging off the wall. Beds uncomfortable and pillows also uncomfortable.

Pros:

I liked everything about the property. And my grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool. And it was close restaurants and stores if you need anything .

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property .

Nice and easy
Pros:

Having 2 king beds plus rollout was super. Not many hotels offer that.

Cons:

Room paint and general condition was clearly old and needed rejuvenation.

Pros:

The customer service was wonderful the employees were friendly.

Cons:

The food was horrible . The wings were so greasy you couldn’t even eat all of them. The menu could be better it is a kid friendly hotel. They should have hotdogs hoagies and more finger foods. People like to just eat simple foods. But besides that the stay was nice. But restaurant could be better.

A wonderful staff and facility. Very accommodating and kind.
Pros:

We liked the hotel staff, giant pool, cleanliness, location and affordability.

Cons:

They need to put hooks on the doors and walls for bathing suits and towels. A "drying string" in the shower would be very helpful as well. And they have lots of empty space in the bathrooms so maybe add a side table to put your toiletries and belongings. It wouldn't hurt to put side tables in the living space too. It was a little out dated but that sort of thing doesn't bother me, I'm definitely going back!☺️

Pros:

The staff was friendly

Cons:

This hotel was the dirtiest that I’ve ever stayed in. I travel often. Reviews were great, especially for cleanliness. Shower curtain was put on backwards, and would no stay closed during showers do to the type of bar. Blow dryer and sinks were filthy and rusty. There was trash in our room from a prior stay. The curtains were also very dirty (had to open to go to patio). Beds were hard, and pull out couch looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.
