Beautiful spacious hotel. Everyone was very nice and friendly there..

The property is very large and spacious with a beautiful outdoor and outdoor pool. Also had a playground volleyball net basketball courts and tennis courts a beautiful hotel.

Amazing but Dan…he’s rude.
Pros:

The property is amazing, however Dan the staff member is HORRIBLE. He’s racist and made my family feel uncomfortable. He sent us back to our room after us asking for towels and directions. He said that we are to be “quiet” in our room, and if I wasn’t quiet he would call the police. I stayed here 4 days and on the 5th night, Dan was at the desk. Not hospitable, or polite. Lori, Terrance, John and Larry are amazing….Dan…not so. The hotel should really change him from being at the front desk. He’s not good for business.

Honest review
Pros:

Kid friendly atmosphere, friendly staff, location is close to a lot of places, my family and I had a good time!

Cons:

Hotel is a little outdated, it has potential, Restaurant was closed during our stay, our room had a musty smell maybe because we were at the bottom floor, During thunder storm our patio door started leaking a little bit, Other than that its a great place to take the kids we had fun.

Power outage accommodation
Pros:

Randy, Terrance and Brittany were absolutely fantastic. We needed a place to stay due to a power outage. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It was the by far the best service we encountered at a hotel!
