Red Lion Hotel Harrisburg Hershey

I come here every year for Business, I love this hotel, very Customer Service or oriented . Every time I come , they make me feel like family, we always come come in a day before so that I can enjoy the awesome amenities.

This may have been a really nice hotel in it's day. I usually use the TripAdvisor ranking to decide which hotel in an area will be visited. I'm my opinion, this WAS NOT the best hotel in Harrisburg. I do have to say that the management did listen to me when we stated we couldn't stay...and made it right. This hotel would be fine at a lower price range (because you're getting what you pay for).

If you need a weekend away or plan a week long vacation.. This is the place to go. RANDY ROCKS!!!!! He is an amazing manager and his staff is always smiling, helpful,friendly, and courteous. If you need something Randy and his staff will do everything they can to make it happen :-) the food is amazing from the breakfast to the dinner. The pool tables, games and bar are always a nice way to end the night :-) The indoor pool was always clean and inviting :-) If your there for the Hunting Show.. they even have a Shuttle to take you back and forth so you dont have to worry about parking or finding your car... they drop you off at the door and pick you back up with nothing to worry about except yourself and your belongings :-) For the Location, the sights, atmosphere, cleanliness, and the size of the rooms its the best value for your dollar :-) Remember if you need to put your head down for a night or 10, don't hesitate, Call Randy :-) He's got your room ready :-)

We booked our father’s 90th birthday party here and the service couldn’t have been better! The sales team was very helpful in helping us plan it. The staff went above and beyond in accommodating for older people and helping folks navigate in and around the hotel. The hotel was very clean and the food and service were excellent. Also the space with all the windows was bright and beautiful for the party. I would highly recommend having an event here or staying at this hotel👍🏼

Easy access to hotel. Brenda’s expertise regarding food/beverage and decor made planning a breeze. Staff welcomed our guests and directed them accordingly. Lori, our waitress, was courteous and a delight. Grant made sure the cake was cut and the food was displayed elegantly.

Overall we were very pleased and would highly recommend the venue to others.

I stayed at the Red Lion with my family. We had a great experience. The staff were helpful and kind. We had a family emergency and the gentleman at the desk was very accommodating with a late check out. Really appreciated that they put us in connecting rooms. Would highly recommend

We stayed at the Red Lion Hotel Harrisburg Hershey on Martin Luther King weekend. The hotel staff was very accommodating and responsive to our requests. The hotel was very clean. We were excited we even got to enjoy the outdoor hot tub in the snow. The wait staff for breakfast in the morning was also super friendly. Thank you to Randy and Terrance who made our reservations and provided a black rate for all our friends!! We look forward to more experiences!!

I liked the Family Environment.

The property is HUGE it is a little dated but well kept and very clean. The rooms are big and spacious and beds are comfy. Staff is super friendly as well

I liked everything about the property. And my grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool. And it was close restaurants and stores if you need anything .

I loved everything, great service from the staff, always helpful and kind. The room was clean, the bed linen was clean, I am very picky about bed linen and this was the first hotel I stayed in and had no problems with the bed linen. The location is close to everything, I loved the pool! Without a doubt, my family and I will be back.
