Great Place for Comfort.
Pros:

It was comfortable, great area and great price.

Cons:

The heating wasnt really working properly. Found big blanket and that kept us warmer.

Pros:

Our go to place when in Melbourne. Staff always friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable. The location is excellent, right across from Southern Cross Station. There is a tram stop on the corner with 2 other stops within a 5 minute walk.

Not worth the money, cleaning needs improving
Pros:

Location was great. Staff were nice

Cons:

The two bedroom apartment was very dated. Big stains on the carpet. In the bathroom there were long black hairs in the bath/shower. Spoke to the reception and they said nothing could be done at that time of night. I have photos of this. Really wasn’t impressed considering it was quite expensive.
I wouldn’t stay here again.

Internal facilities could be more suitably designed for those staying more than one night. At least two chairs for two people. Etc.,
