It was safe and easy to access for where I needed to go. The room was adequate.
I felt the hand basin was probably a little high and I am glad I wasn't any shorter. I was also disappointed I couldn't get Sky News (Ch 601) on the television. There was at least 3 Sky sports channels, which I couldn't care less about. There was a lot going on in the political space whilst I was in Melbourne and I was unable access my go to source for information. PS. I don't like main stream media.

Location was great as we where travelling from Southern Cross station early morning.
Lots of options for meals around the area.
Soft beds but that's just me.
Close access to everything
The foyer was a bit smelly. Almost had a bit of a urine smell about it. The staff were a bit robotic. Not as welcoming as the last couple of times we stayed which was around 7-10 years ago
Lovely hotel in a great location.
Staff were friendly too.
The room was too hot and we could not cool it down.
Location in CBD is fantastic, if you can't walk to where you want yo go, tram and train across the road.
We upgraded our room to king premium as we wanted more space and a chair to sit on as per advertised photos and descriptions. We got a lovely room, but no space or table/chair. When we asked reception we were told because our room has a assessibily bathroom the room is smaller and they could not offer us an alternative. Total waste of an upgrade and very disappointed with their response. We never requested nor needed a assessibily bathroom, what we needed was somewhere to sit, like a chair !
