Pros:

Excellent location, comfortable and affordable and the staff are the best!

Cons:

The bedside tables hadn’t been wiped down when we came in as they still had glass ring marks on them but that’s my only nit pick

Would not stay here again

It was central to everything making it easier to walk or tram around.

Cons:

Was not like the pictures advertised at all. Tried to get a room change or a cancellation on the first night and they rejected. Had to stay there for the entire 4 nights.

No housekeeping either, our bin was full and we needed fresh towels. I had to go to the reception to ask for more sanitary bags as we were only given one in the room and had to ask for fresh towels. We put our housekeeping sign on the door and went out for hours only to come back to our room still the same as we left it.

The view out of the window was a dirty corner with air conditioners and we could see into the other rooms as well. No actual view just brick walls and other room’s windows.

Reached out to booking.com and they tried to talk with the hotel about cancelling but they weren’t much help either. Absolutely disappointed with both hotel and booking.com.

Disappointing and overpriced, but a good spot for access to Marvel Stadium.
Pros:

Location, great for attending concert at Marvel Stadium.

Cons:

Room was pokey and the bed was uncomfortable. The room was noisy due to being next to lift, and also lots of noisy groups. No Wifi information was provided, and check in person barely spoke to us, providing no information regarding breakfast etc, which we discovered after check out we could have purchased at a discount if paid for the night before.

A grate little stay. Perfect location for us.
Pros:

In my opinion for the price this hotel is one of the best stays in Melbourne.
Or room was lovely with a large king bed a 2 seater couch and a desk the room had been refurbished with a nicely renovated bathroom. The location was perfect for us as it was a short work from Southern Cross Station. Very happy with our stay and would %100 recommend!!

Cons:

Maybe a stocked mini bar could have been handy but not really needed

Fantastic location
Pros:

The location is amazing.
Our room was not ready upon check-in but we were heading out anyway so we were not fussed. We were able to leave our bags. We came back an hour later and it was ready to go - to our surprise, we were upgraded to a larger room, more of an apartment style room that a standard room. It made mine and my daughters stay that little bit more special!
