Property is conveniently located off the interstate, across from Walmart, and near several restaurants. I like that they are pet friendly, and affordable.
First off, we were double charged for the property. We booked through Booking.com, was charged through them, and then the guy that was supposed to just take a credit card to hold for incidentals, actually charged us the entire fee again. I don’t like that there is an additional pet fee, which should be included in the cost. We were in room 214, the carpet was grimy, the bedding had stains, the toilet had a broken handle, the sink was clogged, the ceiling was dripping rainwater onto the second bed, some of the outlets did not work, and it wasn’t very clean. We did not see any bugs, but you could tell that the room had not been cleaned well.

The carpets are very old and not clean. The pictures posted on the website is very old probably. If the recent photos are posted on the website, it will be good for people to decide. WiFi is very bad.
Minimal breakfast. Juice machine was broken.
The room was filthy. Visible grime. See photo of phone and enlarge for detail. Carpet was damp and smelled of urine. My impression was that the property was going to be torn down snd they were trying to generate some type of income until that happened. I put on clean sleep socks and after walking across the carpet once, they were filthy. See photo.
Good breakfast and location
They charged extra $15 after check out because they say one of the towel has stain. I would understand and let it go because it’s only $15 but found out that some of our friends that stayed there same night was charged the same amount. We are decent people and been staying in hotel for years and never get this treatment.
It was clean. The staff was kind. But the ac didn't work and the night clerk said there were no other rooms. It was over 100 that day so the room was over 80°
Ac was broken
Very good breakfast, attendant was attentive and kept it clean and stocked.
We got to the hotel that Seth picked out, checked in, and got our room key. After we got settled, I took a shower. As soon as I got out, I saw a cockroach in the room. We immediately packed all of our bags and left. When we walked outside, there was a guy who appeared to be on drugs circling our car. He noticed that we were alone. Another man came up to us, walked us back into the hotel, and told us it wasn’t safe for us to stay there. He recommended that we find a different hotel as soon as possible. My friend found another hotel, so I called them. The check in age was 21 but I told her what happened and she let us book and room and gave us a discount.

Bed was very comfortable. Really liked the pillows. Clean room. Better than average breakfast. Check in was fast.
