Pros:

Wonderful stay . It's my regular go to hotel when I come to Glasgow .
Wonderful facilities , comfortable rooms but more importantly it's about people . The team are all exceptional....at reception , in the bar and not forgetting the people working behind scenes .

Pros:

Staff were great and fast to respond to anything we needed.
We also liked the restaurant/bar in the hotel.
The room was clean and tidy every day after the housekeeping staff had been.
The heating/cooling was easy to use.
Shower water pressure was the best we’ve had on our holiday so far.
Parking was £12 a day on site and there were plenty of spaces.

Cons:

The mattress was really hard and uncomfortable. We asked for a mattress topper which the staff arranged on the same day but it didn’t really make a difference.

Stayed for 1 night
Pros:

Staff was lovely and welcoming, room was immaculate, location was great. All in all it was a great stay minus the little minor things.

Cons:

So 1 of my friends slipped when trying to get in the shower there was no baths mats and basically ended up with a head injury ( i will state that the staff where a little bit slow in getting to the room with an ice pack but otherwise helpful ).

Also i thought the beds were really firm ( felt like i was lying on a brick ) but again in fairness i didnt ask for a softer mattress and if i was staying for more than 1 night i would have asked if it was possible to change that.
