Comfortable beds,lovely clean rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Staff were friendly and efficient and breakfast was excellent.
Location was good. friendly staff, breakfast was ok but the same everyday. Not much vegan or gluten free options. Rooms were cleaned everyday
Maintenance for one day so no power for 4 hours so everything was dark, had to use stairs from the 9th floor. The stairway didnt feel part of the hotel, was damp, cold and wet.
The pool and sauna isnt part of the building so had to go around.
Concernant le petit déjeuner :
* Le buffet en libre service est varié et fourni.
* La plage horaire est large ce qui permet de dormir un peu plus.
Concernant la chambre :
* Elle est propre et confortable.
* Nous avons apprécié la vue.
* Malgré la proximité de la voie rapide, on dort bien car les fenêtres sont très bien isolées.
Concernant l'hôtel de façon générale :
* Le design est moderne et plaisant.
* La piscine, le hammam et le sauna sont très appréciables.
* Tous les employés ont été très aimables et accueillants.
* L'emplacement géographique est très intéressant, que l'on se déplace à pieds, en transports en commun ou en VTC
L'hôtel offre un très bon rapport qualité/prix. On y retournerait volontiers.
Le chemin pour aller jusqu'à la piscine est un peu compliqué.
We love this hotel, it really has everything you could need during your stay, it’s location is ideal for all our trips and the parking is great. Not to mention the staff are always so friendly and helpful, going over and above for each stay.
Unfortunately, during the stay our bed was very firm and uncomfortable, even with a mattress topper. It’s usually very comfortable so not sure what changed but it was mentioned to reception and they made note and said it would be fixed for next time. The air con in this room was also very loud so unable to be kept on during the night and as the windows don’t open the room got very hot, either way first night of sleep was quite difficult.
Everything / location was great. They even managed to sort early check in as I had a wedding to attend

Room a little small, pillows were uncomfortable, shampoo and conditioner not topped up and pool are a little grubby on our visit
Staff were professional, helpful and approachable. The facilities and amenities were all we expected and more. We would certainly go back and recommend the location to others.
Our stay was everything that we needed. There was nothing to dislike.
The staff were excellent. Welcoming, responsive to requests, friendly and accommodsting. The breakfast (included) was exceptional with coffee machines, juices, cereals, pastries, fruit, eggs, sausages, bacon and breads.
We booked a deluxe King room for 3 nights. It had a small space to hang clothes (no door or drawers), only one chair, and one nightstand. We asked for another room, and they quickly moved us to one with a couch and second chair.
