Eveeyone of The hotel staff were so welcoming, helpful, took time to explain about facilities we want to give a special mention to a few people Dylan and Ross on Reception for sorting out special menu and for finding me a separate room over two nights so that my daughter had less chance of catching my cold as she has no immune system their help went above and beyond
Also special thanks to Pria in the restaurant and staff in restaurant and bar a very enjoyable and relaxed stay thanks to them

Location
Comfortable stay in a good location with excellent transport links.
I needed a hotel close to my work, Kentigern House, that was easily accessible by road with secure onsite parking. I booked this hotel using Booking.com as the rate was cheaper than going direct. Room was very good standard, nice bathroom with bath. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and quiet with some traffic noise from the adjacent highway. Breakfast was buffet style and very good quality. Gym and sauna facilities were very good. Parking on site was ample and secure, £12/day. WiFi worked. Staff in the restaurant and front desk were very polite and friendly. Overall a nice comfortable, welcoming stay, within walking distance of my work.
Location clean

There was nothing what i don't like
Booked here just a few days in advance for a Friday night ahead of a family 70th party. The price was very reasonably compared to other hotels in central Glasgow.
Hotel itself was great - contemporary, clean styling and well - staffed reception. Our 'king' room was also excellent, super-comfy bed, massive TV and everything else you might need.
We ate in the Grill - service was a bit slow but we were warned in advance. The food was good, though not outstanding, and again, the price seemed reasonable. Special commendation to the waitress (sorry didn't catch her name) who kept us informed of progress, gave us some complementary wine to compensate for the delay and handled the slight undercooking of my wife's monkfish with skill and confidence. We didn't seek to send it back as it was only a little bit that seemed undercooked but they insisted on replacing the whole plate and also packaged it up to take to the room as we couldn't finish it at the table. It was unfortunate that there was an issue but these things happen from time to time and it was well dealt with by the staff and their handling of it was greatly appreciated.
Breakfast, which was included in the room price, was buffet style and, again, was very good with plenty of choice of cooked or "continental" items.
On leaving, staff were able to order a taxi via their contracted app, which arrived literally within a minute.
All in all, a happy experience and one I would certainly recommend. We would certainly book again next time we need to overnight in Glasgow
Really comfortable stay, food was lovely and the service was good.
As much as the rooms were refurbished the bathroom was quite tired looking
