Rooms are extremely small. Otherwise nice property!!

Breakfast options were plentiful and very good, the bar service was friendly and very good, our corner room with large windows and balcony provided excellent views of the river, bridge and passing boat. The layout with sitting area and desk was very useful. Option to use stairs was appreciated. The kind and friendly staff made our visit to this interesting city a pleasure.

Very convenient to Rotterdam Cruise Port, water transportation options and local tours.

Nice hotel, excellent views of the river and bridge especially at night. Room clean, balcony is just fine to get some air and have a coffee. Large TV which has access to youtube, netflix, prime ect if you want to log in to your accounts. Also accepts USB drives to watch films. TV is not locked down, a real plus point for the hotel. Didnt have breakfast so cannot comment. Staff were excellent. No noise from other rooms. Fridge and coffee machine in room

Everything within walking distance. Supermarket 5 minutes walk which has everything you need. Closest restaurants tend to be more pricey need to head towards the station for larger selection. The market is certainly worth a visit

I had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and professional.

Check-in was smooth and efficient, and throughout my stay I could always rely on the front desk for assistance, recommendations, or anything I needed. Their hospitality and attention to guests made a real difference. It felt genuine and personal, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was organized and taken care of perfectly. I will definitely return, and I highly recommend this hotel—especially because of the outstanding service provided by the reception team!

Good staff and service at the property.

My hotel experience was amazing. The front desk staff were very helpful. Room was very clean and with a great view. I ate in the restaurant/bar. Food was fantastic and the staff were so friendly! The hotel is in the perfect location to take the water bus, public transportation, and the cruise port. Would definitely staff here again!

Hotel was amazing especially reception managers and staff! We were looked after from start to finish and rooms were amazing! We stayed on 2 occasions and will stay again! Rooms were clean and our rooms spacious and with a great view Thanks Thon Hotel.

We had a room facing the river/cruise port reserved and after a nice check-in by Meike, we got room # 611; very quickly did we find out that the thermostat of the heater was broken and we could not shut the radiator off. Since maintenance was not available, Meike switched us room # 610, which had a much nicer layout.
It was great that the windows opened and we took advantage of it. The A/C was good and cold when we needed it. Both rooms needed to be vacuumed. Other than that, the rooms and bathrooms were clean; we had a coffee maker, that we couldn't figure out how to use and glasses, as well as a stocked mini bar, with reasonable prices. The desk has European plugs and one USB port; the only USB plug available. Shampoo and body soap were available, but no lotion and not even a Kleenex.
The location of the hotel is great! Tram and Water bus station very close, and for us the Markthalle, Cube Houses and Maritime Museum were all in easy walking distance.
Breakfast was an extra Euro 20,00 per person, but well worth it! Ania was amazing tending to it! Lots of yummy breads and rolls, the best scrambled eggs ever, cereal, cold cuts, boiled eggs, jams...so very good!
We had dinner both nights at the restaurant and the food and service was nice.
We would absolutely stay again!

It is nice to get upgrade to bigger room. The breakfast is great.

The room was very small and the twin was "special" (not 2 different beds but 2 different bed duvets) but other than that, it was pretty nice.

The personnel is friendly, the breakfast is diverse and good, the room is clean.

I was there for the marathon and I really want to thank the staff who considered the runners as "special guests" (breakfast served earlier, extra bananas, water and energetic drinks offered...), it's pretty rare in the other cities where I ran so THANK YOU! Not to mention that it was the perfect location, just a few hundred meters from the starting line.

This hotel was a great find! The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who really care about their guests. The location couldn't have been better, and everything from the rooms to the common areas was impeccably clean. What stood out the most was the genuine warmth and hospitality of the people here.

A good place to stay for a short time, but not the best. The noise is a bit too much.The view is very nice, but that's it.It's just a place to stay if you don't find anything else. The rooms are clean, but not the best! The food was good but not something wow!

Only 25 m away from the water bus for sightseeing, so convenient

Very welcoming friendly staff 😀! They changed our room to a room with a double instead of a twin bed.
Nice and cozy rooms, with view on the Erasmus bridge and the water. Walking distance to most of the attractions. I will go back to the hotel if I am planning a trip to Rotterdam.
