Pros:

The location was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall facility was clean. I was happy to see they maintained the pool area because I book hotels typically based on if they have a pool because of having children. Only downfall to the indoor pool is it echoes to the extreme so if you are sitting on the outside, it's almost piercing because it bounces off the walls. This is with only two children being in the pool and with medium tones.

Cons:

The restroom was way too small. You have to step in and shut the door in order to use the restroom, and the door has to be shut in order to use the shower and get in and out of the shower. For someone that prefers a little space while showering and getting ready the restroom was way too small. I couldn't walk in the restroom to assist my daughter without one of us having to sit on the toilet to assist and I'm a small person.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

Stuff was so attentive made good small talk. Pool was very nice clean good temperature. Rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and smelled so good. I seriously need to know what cleaning products or airfreshiner was used. Breakfast was best hotel breakfast I ever had! The was omelets, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, and pastries. They had sugar Free hot chocolate which was perfect for one of my kids!

Cons:

If I really had to nitpick, I wish the pillows were firmer and the mirror lighting was a little dim for me to apply my makeup.
