FIRE BOTH MANAGERS!!!!!

It’s Classic Courtyard by Marriot. Excellent in every Aspect except 1: MANAGEMENT

Cons:

Restaurant is supposed to be open but ENTIRE STAFF of 2 people & both Managers did Not Report to Work on Saturday December 27. Therefore NO FOOD. Only Excuses. Breakfast charge of $28 was supposedly Compted by Evening Front Desk but Reversed when charged to Credit Card. Obviously 1 of Absentee Managers arrived after we checked out at 9am & reversed Good Will of Front Desk Staff

Pros:

Very nice hotel

Cons:

We waited for 20 minutes at the front desk before a staff member appeared. No apology and he acted like we were bothering him. A line of at least 4 other reservations formed behind us. Not very professional at all.

Cons:

Close to ice machine which was noisy - episodic, not continual.
Hallway noise was elevated until after midnight. There was some sort of team in town, I think. They were enjoying themselves.
