Прекрасный сервис. Когда мы приехали заселяться в отель, у отеля случился сбой, то ли с программой, то ли с интернетом. Пока мы ждали, (буквально минут десять), администратор пригласила нас ожидать в лобби, принесла нам напитки по нашему выбору. Отель расположен очень близко с аэропортом, из отеля ходит бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт. Наш рейс был довольно рано, а завтрак с 6,30. Когда в 6.10 мы спустились к рецепшн, столовая уже была открыта, и завтрак был разнообразный и очень вкусный. Прекрасный отель, особенно для тех, кто едет транзитом, через Брюссель.

Bon rapport qualite prix, proximite de l'aeroport, fonctionnel.
Pros:

Possibilite de paiement sur place, proximite par rapport a mon lieu de travail, cafetiere et bouilloire

Cons:

Il fait trop chaud dans la chambre et ce, sans mettre du chauffage dans la chambre, ainsi je n'ai pas bien dormi du tout.

La literie est très confortable
La chambre très propre

Cons:

Le parking payant 25 euros c'est vraiment pas top pour les clients ! On est obligé de payer car on a pas le choix il n'y a aucun stationnement autorisé alentours.
Le bruit dans les couloirs est insupportable. On entend tous les gens qui passent qui parlent toute la nuit et les portes qui claquent c'est bien dommage.

Die Lage war für mich Optimal, direkt am Flughafen. Zudem war es sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Abwicklung war stressfrei. Hier werde ich öfters sein.

La cortesia e disponibilità dello Staff.
Gentilezza da parte di tutti ed inoltre ho ricevuto un grande aiuto dalla Reception per una trasferta.

Cons:

La camera era pulita, vi è stata una svista nella pulizia della camera. Nel bagno non è stato vuotato il cestino dal precedente ospite. Il giorno dopo era OK.

Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit mais à l’occasion retournerons dans cet hôte où l’accueil chaleureux est de mise!
Pros:

L’endroit très calme bien que près de l’aéroport, literie confortable , salle de bain moderne avec douche et savons de douche d’un parfum exquis! Personnel aux petits soins . Un membre m’a offert gracieusement de me conduire en voiture à la gare de Diegem! Petit déjeuner frais et copieux

Séjour et personnel très agréable. Hotel bien équipé et confortable.
Pros:

Chambre confortable et bien agencée. Salle de bain très propre, suffisamment spacieuse et bien équipée. J'ai bien aimé l'attention de ma machine à café et de la mise à disposition des dosettes de café et d'une bouteille d'eau dans le frigo.
Hotel très agréable et bien équipé pour un séjour business.

Cons:

- La télévision ne donne accès qu'à peu de chaînes francophones (même la principale chaîne nationale francophone n'était pas disponible). Comme je n'ai séjourné qu'une nuit, je ne sais pas si c'est habituel ou bien lié à un problème technique.
- La fenêtre de ma chambre (au 1er étage) qui donne juste sur le local poubelles bien visible.
