Pros:

Black mold in shower. No coffee bar.......even the cheapest hotels have 24 hr. free coffee available......and especially for the cost of a room at the Marriott.

This is the best hotel in the area. The rooms are very clean, and the hotel is beautiful. Centrally located in town, so you can walk to all the nearby restaurants and shops. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Would never stay here again!

I chose this hotel thinking I would get a pretty good hotel experience, as I expect from the brand of Marriott. However I was mistaken and cannot reccomend that anyone stay here unless you get a deal under $120 or a free room. The TV is a small TV like a 32”. The bed was really bad….I’d think this kind of bed would be perhaps in a Motel 6 or something. It’s not a bed that should even be in a hotel like this.
They have no coffee in the reception area at any time. The coffee maker in the room is small and cheap, so if coffee is your thing and you’re an early riser, bring your own. They do have coffee for sale in their restaurant starting at 7am and it’s not good coffee. The housekeepers are wonderful so we tipped them generously. If you are facing the square area be prepared that there might be bands playing at night until 9pm. We were around the corner of the hotel so didn’t hear them. The parking garage is nice and the in and out privileges work well. I think they charge over $20 per day for parking. The front desk offered the free water to me saying “you don’t want water do you?” And I didn’t realize till later that it was the “free” water that Bonvoy members are given. I went back down and got it a few hours later.

Great Cleaning Staff (Thank You, Dana!)

I stayed here for a conference, and my room (as well as the rest of the hotel) was comfortable and very clean!

Leaving this review to give a specific shoutout to Dana, one of the cleaning staff members, who was incredibly helpful and generous! Thank you, Dana!

A pleasant stay
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for a family wedding. From the moment we walked into the door we were met with friendly staff. We were allowed to check in early which was so helpful. We had an unpleasant incident in one of the rooms and housekeeping came immediately to look after it. The rooms were clean and the sunset view from the pool was stunning. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area.
