Enjoy how close it is to the casino. Every time we've been to this hotel they are usually some kind of event going on. This time it was a cancer fundraiser, a mystery dinner theater. We did not attend. We didn't know about that to get tickets in time.
Their parking lot and entrance access road is heavy with potholes.
Comfortable big room and bed
Lots of construction going on.The pool was closed
The hotel is not easy to get around. Hallways are extremely cold.
Our check in gentleman was so friendly and accommodating
The room was wonderful! Clean, spacious, modern.
That the hotel was undergoing a remodel during our stay. So it was kind of messy and dingy in the hallways
The hotel and rooms were nice
My room had bugs in it and the staff told me there was nothing they could do about it over 200$ to stay in a room with bugs
Proximity to restaurants and casino
The fact that our room was on floor 5 and floor 6 was closed for renovations which wasn’t disclosed during booking and bright and early the construction workers were at it sounding like they were coming through our ceiling so sleeping in was not an option a lower floor would have been an better option for this visit
Comfy beds, nice hotel
Paid for breakfast and was told breakfast was not available
Not much..
It wasn't senior friendly and wasn't told about parking around side to get to elevator instead of walking down long hallway and down steps because the lift gate wasn't working..Another person staying at hotel told us about side door. Also when you go through front door we had to carry bags entire way..won't stay again, will stay at Hampton Inn as we had always done.
Clean
Staff so friendly, accommodating.
Got stuck in elevator for 20 mins. Multiple lights in room burnt out. Needs updated and out floor had a horrible smell of bug spray or a strong cleaning solution. Won't be staying there again.
Overnight stay, Dec 4, for business in the area. Very sub-par hotel with a strange layout. My room was 102, but to get to it from the lobby required walking a long hallway and navigating a steep set of about 10 steps. Very difficult carrying a suitcase. The elevator to the upper floors also appears to be accessible only from the ground floor. The room itself was clean, but not very warm, and lighting was very poor. The only positive about this stay was the very professional and polite front desk clerk. She was very accommodating and quickly moved me to another room when a plumbing issue was discovered shortly after I checked in. I don't recommend this hotel and will select another Hilton property next time.
Staff was welcoming when we arrived. Hotel was clean. Unfortunately, we were awaken at 3:00am to a disturbing sound of water. It sounded like the walls were going to explode with water. There was heavy rain. The explanation given by staff that the design of building has exterior water run off from the building within close proximity to our room walls. Poor design and exterior sounds should be kept out with solid insulation to insure peaceful sleep.
