The bed was horrific who was ts to sleep in a bed that sags in the middle. Your facility should be ashamed for charging for these accommodations.

9/10 Stay
Pros:

The spa bath was so relaxing super hot water, the bed was super comfortable and the women that checked us in was super sweet. Very quiet and just over all relaxing

Cons:

The only thing that we didn't like was that they only supplied us with 2 towels for the whole weekend. And we didn't receive anymore. Even though the privacy tag wasn't on the door that whole day while we were gone. But other than that, it was good.

Pros:

Close to the dirt track, clean, close to restaurants, big parking lot

Cons:

There was 3 people in our room and I had to ask for another towel and washcloth at the end of the day because housekeeping never left enough. Also, the man behind the counter seemed bothered when we were checking in like we were interrupting him from watching the basketball game on tv. When we walked in he was lounged on the chair in the lobby and not even behind the counter. Also, there should be more pillows on the beds! Especially with the pillows being as small as they are!

Stay somewhere else!
Pros:

Horrible. Hotel needs a tremendous amount of upgrades beginning with toilets that work! The staff needs customer service training. Rude and full of excuses.

Helpfull staff but many problems a guest shouldnt have to deal with
Pros:

good location, front desk was helpful.

Cons:

Not enough towels in the bathroom. television didnt work well, sound on most stations but not all. closet door off the track, I fixed it. To top it off there was a lady bug crawling on the night stand

Not up to Par!
Pros:

I highly recommend staying elsewhere. I am a frequent Best Western customer and this stay has me considering ever staying at another Best Western. First Room the TV did not work and rooms very dated and stale smelling. Was uograded to the honeymoon suite and tv in the bedroom was not working, room was not very clean and very dated. Woke up to a stink bug climbing up the night stand when I went to grab my phone. Front desk gentlemen did his best to accommodate with the upgrade but will definitely never return to this property.

Pros:

It was some place we could lay our heads for the night after a long drive in the middle of nowhere during the winter storm and we were thankful.

Cons:

Front door broke, ice machine broken, run down building, blinking lights in workout room. Front desk not very friendly at night, but good in morning. No vending machine and not impressed with room. I couldn't believe it was a Best Western and not sure what the plus was exactly.
