Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

There was a sign in the lobby stating they were renovating the rooms. Our room was clean, but we were unable to adjust the temperature and nearly froze. Also, the shower needed renovating as it was dirty and moldy..

Cons:

The air conditioner was broke table missing it was broke no hot tub no one tells you it’s down staff including general manager is rude and makes up lies on residence

Too much money for a hotel that is a tiny room with no breakfast included.
Pros:

Comfy beds; handicap-accessible shower; nice TV; great location; coffee maker in Room.

Cons:

No breakfast included with $164 a night hotel stay is ridiculous. Breakfast should be included. I had to go somewhere else and spend $50 to have breakfast with my friend. Hours for hotel and spa were different than posted hours. very difficult to get in touch with a staff member or maid service.

Worth every penny to stay at the holiday inn.
Pros:

The customer service was wonderful and the room was great!

Cons:

I requested two beds in my room and only received one king size bed. The room was still very nice and we made it work, I just slept on the couch.

It was very dissatisfying to pay for something that you didn’t recieve.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Main thing was the jacuzzi was broken. Not good. We researched many hotels within a certain area that had hot tubs and we chose you because you had one. We got there, it was broken waiting on a part. And, the bed - you can hear the springs in the mattress about ready to come thru. Not good. Expect a refund.
