Out doors areas was everything we expected and some. Beautiful. As for house keeping they never once came the 7 days we was there we cleaned out entire room almost daily because we are clean freaks had to constantly ask for towels and rags etc. bar staff excellent. Prices on breakfast was absolutely un called for especially what we pay for our stay

Nice place for families to spend a memorable vacation. Restaurant prices were a little high but what isn’t these days. Plenty of other options to eat within walking distance outside the resort or buy snacks and food. Store in in room refrigerator and heat up in in room microwave. The in room chairs could be better…not comfortable.

Everything was just beautiful about this hotel. The beach was amazing. The pools were fantastic and views picture perfect. So many restaurants very close and even a Walmart. The refrigerator was normal size to keep all your drinks nice and cold. The only negative thing was we kept getting conflicting answers from the staff and missed entertainment opportunities and beach chair instructions.

Our room's view was wonderful as well as the food that we had at the outdoor cafe area. Staff members were some of the most polite and helpful I've had in a long time, especially Ricardo on the security team. He really impressed my husband and I.

The amenities are exceptional! Staff is wonderful! All rooms have an ocean view - the views are beautiful! The room was not as clean as I expected, the bathroom sink had a slow drain, and the ice machine on our floor was broken; however, we overlooked these opportunities and had a great time! Bring your little ones - they will have a blast!

This hotel choice was my fault. We’re older adults traveling without children. Couldn’t find a relaxing area around the pool. Wasn’t expecting the kids & all that goes with them. $60 for 2 chairs & umbrella on the beach is just wrong when your paying a $50 daily resort fee. Food was mediocre
